What was good

The hotel was wonderfully central to the town being modernized with lovely paving slabbed walkways. The lunches in the restaurant were excellent quality & so tasty & economical. Powerful shower (although door was on wrong way)

What was bad

The breakfast was standard with no exceptional cakes. The WiFi did not work in the breakfast room. I stayed for 10 nights (paid in advance so could not change. I had to ask for my sheets to be changed on Day 8. There was no running water in my bathroom sink except for a small trickle that was frequently very discolored. Complaint resulted in “this is same for all hotels in the area due to work in progress in town”. Early morning wake up call received 0400 hrs for another room ... complaint regarding this resulted in my own 03.30 hrs wake up call few days later being ignored by night staff. Generally very poor value and dissatisfied customer for 2nd visit.
