The title say it all. In addition of a comfortable and cheap room, with Nok and Mika for guest you ill have all the good advice for having a wonderfull stay in Vang Vieng. They are really helpful (they for example find me a garage for my motobike in Vientiane in Nok's family. I don't think lot of guest do that=). The food is really cheap for the quality of the product. In summary, I strongly recommend Nok and Mika guest house.
