We booked the family suite with 2 double rooms for 4 female travellers. From the moment I booked, Ammar, the manager, was fantastic. He helped with booking tours and transfers before we arrived to Petra. Communication was clear and thorough. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly, a real family run hotel where everyone takes pride in the service they deliver. There was free shuttle (drop off and pick up) to Petra’s visitor centre. Ammar advised us on the best route to take given it was late afternoon when we started. This worked out really well for us. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. They had all the amenities we needed for a 1 night stay. The hotel is located close to the visitors centre and there are restaurants, shops and an ATM in close proximity. Breakfast was great with an amazing view. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and thank Ammar and his family for the excellent care they provided us. Highly recommend Anbat Midtown Hotel.
