The room came with a CX travel package so I did not have high expectations. The price is good for the hotel is more like a motel style. Yet the two outdoor onsens are excellent - you can have it all by yourself (together with your loved ones and/or family). Though they should have offered a more organised booking system instead of adopting the first-come-first-served rule. Food is not bad and the service is very good. It is a bit far from the JR train station so one needs to spend around 700 Yen to get there. If you know Japanese, I am sure you can call the hotel to arrange the pickup service. After checking out, the hotel staff will drive you to the train station to save you the trouble of arranging the transportation.
