Very nice hotel, great Onsen, clean rooms, friendly staff but a bit overpriced. Rooms are good, Onsen is great, public space is big and staff is helpful. Almost nothing in English !!! Overall, a very good place to stay, but I feel a bit overpriced. Breakfast can be a bit better, for the total of 12,000 yen paid, per person.
