42 reviewsWe stayed for one night. While the price is not cheap. The service and food (dinner and breakfast) supplied were great. Receptionist was friendly and can communicate in English well. The nice old lady that served us dinner didn’t speak a word of English and we spoke very limited Japanese so there was some communication issue there but we still enjoyed ourselves. There were 12 of us, so they served our dinner in a private room. The ryokan is also walking distance to the local shops and tourists sights, so very convenient. They also allow you to leave your luggage with them after you have checked out. Overall I would recommend this place. The higher price of the stay is likely due to the good location. The train station with direct train to Osaka is only 5-10 mins walk. There is also a small male/female public bath but we didn’t use it so can’t comment on it.
