Like the others comments, Rakuen is really a place where you can meet a bunch of amazing people. Do not expect the same service as the hotel, this guest house won't be like that. There, the staff is not staff, but fellows with who it feels good to spend a night with. I recommend this place at 100% if you want your stay in Kyoto to be memorable ! #LoveRakuen
