Having arrived earlier than usual check in time at Hotel Minato, we were made very welcome and told that we could check in and leave everything in our rooms. The room was very comfortable and clean and provided everything we needed. We had booked for breakfast and each day we were presented with a full tray of different delights which included fresh fruit and yoghurt. The staff were very helpful and assisted in showing us how to operate the washing machine. After trying unsuccessfully to get it to work, we spoke to reception and advised maintenance would be called but the would undertake the laundry for us - it came back all very neatly folded.
