3 reviewsIt's not a five start hotel. In fact, the room is very small (but clean and warm). But, with the warm welcome from the owner (and his wife), it made an unforgettable experience staying here for me. This place is quite far from town. However, you can go to Tourist information and tell the staff to contact the staff to pick you up. I recommend you all to pay for the breakfast and dinner which is the highlight of this place. It's like you're having meal with a family in the warm and cozy house. It's a pension in the village but you can hire bicycles (1000 yen) to ride around the lake. The owner even prepare me a hot tea and a glove. I recommend you all to ride the bicycles along the lake (20 km). It's a good experience for me and you'll see lots of great scenario. The owner can't speak english but he'll use Google Translator to try to communicate with you which I find it very adorable. There are two big cats which the owner let's them see us at night. You can stay in the lovely dinning room until late at night. The best thing about this place is the delicious food from owner's wife. It's worth every pennies.
