Midway between airport and city. Clean, new, , near main road and the sea and most of all a great host speaking English. Highly recommended esp for those just landed wanna to spend a few nights prior to explore rest of ISG.



Great value

When i had stay in minshuku irayo i was mostly the only guest at this time. The place was quiet. The owner give me some good tips about the island. The owner help me to rent a motorbike to have journey around the island.
The room was big enough, the futon conformatable. Bathroom clean. Really a good spot.

Excellent place for ishigaki

Located South of Ishigaki, this little inn will serve you well as you explore the island. Facilities are clean and working well. Washing machine and drier use is free of charge. It can get a bit noisy in the evening but it all quiets down after 10pm. Rooms are big but not fully furnished. Be prepared also for futons which are actually very comfortable. I didn't try breakfast nor dinner but they smelled delicious though.
Would definitively recommend. 

A quaint little inn

It is my first time to accommodate in  guesthouse (minshuku). 

1. Room and common living area : The house keeping is good, very clean , and washing machine provided, with two toilet and two bathroom in clean condition.

2. Location and transport : The guesthouse owner is friendly, take us from airport to the guest house, and it is quite near the airport. There is bus stop "Shiraho" located at the main roas and just 5 mins walk distance to guesthouse, convenient, you can go to city center by bus no. 4,around half hour to city center. Bus frequency is ok ,just wait half hour if you cant catch the bus.

3. Outside Enviroment: Good,see many stars at night and shiraho coast is beautiful, remember to book snorkelling trip to see the beautiful underwater world of shiraho. Of course you can snorkel by with your own equipment and be careful the rock and ocean current,  you can explore by yourself  see plenty of fish there. Wwf centre is also nearby~

4. Restaurant : 白保食堂 is delicious and the cake shop near the guesthouse call "Papiru " is also a relax place for enjoying dessert and coffee.

5.Price : Value for money and reasonsble, the house, not expensive even in high season.
