Very friendly staff and good services!!
For example, the staff took our luggage from the hotel to the bus station with out any cost.
The bath room was under construction at the time, but , overall we highly recommend to stay on this place.

Great service

This hotel is run by a lovely older couple but unfortunately it’s well past it’s prime. Rooms were spacious but dated with no curtains, bathroom walls were covered in mould with no ventilation. 
It is also a 20 min walk away from kawaguchiko station but they do offer free transport to and from if scheduled in advance. 

Dated and mouldy 

One of the best hotels of our trip, the staff was very friendly, even the ones that didn't speak english. The futon (matress) was really confortable, the came to pick us to the station at 8:30 pm (our train arrived late) and dropped off too again two days after.
In the room there was among the aenities yukatas and haoris for use after the bath.
A good hotel at the foot of mout Fuji in the middle of the five lakes a recomended visitand a recomended hotel
