We have stayed here several times.  That says it all!  Great property, beautiful setting, tasty food and air conditioning that works beautifully. Only two levels so no elevator.  Not in the city itself, rather it is in the countryside.  Helps if you have GPS.

Todi Gem

Given that Entropia does not appear to advertise their spa facilities, we were delighted by the treatment rooms and the quality of service provided by Marielena (co-owner and therapist). The pool is beautifully located and a good size. Each of our five rooms was well appointed and two had terraces.  These rooms are not large but the larger corner rooms do not have outside space. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful or tolerant.  The dinner menu in the restaurant was excellent and choice was wider than expected in an agriturismo establishment. The bedrooms are furnished in a rustic fashion and one small gripe was that toiletries were very basic - from memory there was no shower gel. Overall, a very pleasant sojourn and perfect for both romantic and family breaks.

A hidden gem

My boyfriend and I found this lovely place on Smart Box's Catalogue and we immediately fell in love with the building all made with stones that make it cool even in summer..
In Entropia Country House we found big rooms, extremely kind people, free wi-fi everywhere in the building, a big bookshelf with amazing italian books and a lot of green all around the house and -most important- we taste GREAT FOOD  AND WINE at the restaurant for dinner!
Close enough to Rome and Perugia, perfect place for holidays!

Green Umbria

A lovely secluded hotel with gourmet food . Fabulous surroundings allowed us to embrace the 'Real Umbria'. Guiseppe was an excellent host and the quality of the food exceptional. A totally relaxing experience. I certainly agree with the Alistair Sawday comment he missed this one!

Fabulous Umbrian Retreat

Country house Entropia is located a little bit in the middle of nowhere, but is a very good base to visit the beautiful towns of Umbria. We did not have to much problems finding it. I thought that every room had a terrace, but that was not right. So, when Guisseppe showed us the room I missed the terrace. That was a disappointment, but while we were packing our luggage out of the car, Guisseppe showed us an other room with terrace. The room was a little bit smaller but still spacious and the terrace was wonderful. The room was clean, so was the bathroom too. The views from the building are lovely. The breakfast that is served is rich. And the food that is served at dinnertime is really delicious. Guisseppe has very much wine in his restaurant. If you are not a wine expert let Guisseppe help you to make the right choice and you will get de best wine with the food.
We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Entropia.
