Excellent appartment house, well equipped appartments and magnificant view to Dolomiti from apartment. All apartments are very comfortable, bathroom is big and modern kitchen. Separate room for ski equipment. Apartment house is located next to public swimming pool and only few steps away from city centre of San Candido/Innichen. Parking in front of the house and garage in the basement. To Versciaco only 2 km (main cable car to Mount Elmo/Drei Zinnen ski area), by car it takes 3 minutes, or by bus which stops few steps from the house. Excellent ski area for families, couples, everyone who enjoy in the heart of Dolomiti.  

Magnificent view from apartment

Our family spent a very nice holiday at residence Emmy.
Apartment is in very good location, near the ski bus, and close to the center of the town. It is very cosy, perfect for family vacation. 
Apartment has all the necesseties in perfect condition. We enjoyed our stay in apartmens that have homey atmosphere. 
The hosts are forthcoming and always ready to help their residents with whatever they need. 
We hope to return soon, maybe even during the summertime to create more unforgateble experiences.

A very nice holiday

Our family recommend Emmy Residence as a very nice place to stay.
The Owners are extraordinarily kind family who understand the family and skiing issues.
The Residence supports fresh bread and ski service. They also have fast internet.
They support evry guest need, using very good english, which is not so common in this german/italian speaking region.
The whole Residence is very good quality, including rooms, equipment and ski room!
The shuttle bus comes in front of Residence and take the skiers to the local Baranchi mountain. There is also the Aqua park next to the Residence, where the Emmy's guests have extra discount.
It's a good location for 3Zinnen exploring, close to Monte Elmo, Toblach with famous Nordic Arena and others.
We spent a nice week there with no problems.

Perfect place for skiing family

We were party of five adults. We stayed at this property for seven nights in early Sept, 2016. The owners are among kindest people you will ever meet. They made sure we don't miss the best San Candido area can offer. We rented two apartments. Everything worked. The lodge is in a nice location. Parking is easy and plentiful.
