Hotel Tre Cime Sesto - Sexten

We have just returned from a snow holiday at the Tre Cime / Drei Zinnen Hotel and could not recommend it highly enough. The view from the South facing rooms was nothing short of spectacular and I couldn't wait to open the curtains each morning to look at the snow covered peaks. The atmosphere was totally relaxing for guests, whilst the staff did everything possible to ensure that you enjoyed your stay. The lovely breakfast spread and beautifully presented, delicious, 5 course dinners, had us trying and enjoying some dishes we may never normally have chosen. Everything was served by the helpful, friendly, staff and by the time we returned from breakfast each morning, our room had been cleaned to a very high standard. There was even a complimentary spread of cake each afternoon! Travelling as a party of 9, aged 23-mid 50's, on our first snow break, there was plenty to do in the area, even though none of us ski. We tried: sleigh rides, snowshoeing, tobogganing, winter walks, rides up the mountains in the various cable cars and plenty of apres ski ( without the ski bit). Trudi and Anna on reception were always on hand to advise on activities, buses, trains etc and couldn't have been more welcoming and Alessio in the dining room needs special mention for his lovely, friendly manner.
