My husband and I literally stumbled across this gorgeous place in August 2019. Senora Patrizia and her lovely husband welcomed us and accommodated us in her home. We had the ground floor front corner room, which shares a bathroom with a nearby room. We were the only ones on that side, so it didn't matter anyway. Breakfast was more than we could have possibly eaten and very delicious. The grounds were colourful with flowers, the rooms comfortable and very relaxing. We felt well rested after our stay here. Though our Italian was limited, as was their English, we managed to communicate and learn more about the Etruscan period and the history of the farm house. This place oozes with good family vibes and we certainly were made to feel like Patriza was more like an aunt, than our host. I would recommend this property for those seeking to relax and not be overwhelmed by touristy things. We hope to visit again.
