B&B Poggio Stallone

A bed and breakfast nestled in the woods, within 10 min. drive from the Orvieto historical city center. The house from the outside looked like it should be in a postcard, with its small pool, garden and green trees. The room with a bathroom was simple, large enough for two, very clean, tastefully decorated with antique furniture. The owner and his mother were very accommodating, from providing us with a bottle of water when we arrived or when we asked, to being available when we were ready to have breakfast, providing information about parking in Orvieto, to good restaurants, etc. In fact, on the day we were ready to leave, our car battery died and it was a Sunday. The owner helped us jump start the car, and we were on our way without any difficulty. We had a wonderful stay in this house surrounded by peace, warmth and nature with kind and helpful people and would recommend it wholeheartedly!
