Quiet hotel, pleasant atmosphere , very good room (right price, right size, right comfort ), professional team with nice persons (sometimes you can not find these kind of persons to a 5 stars hotel) very careful with you, starting with breakfast and finishing with their recommendations and making reservations for restaurants. Good breakfast, very good location, near to places to visit and restaurants. Nice the little garden for breakfast. You can have ,during the day, free cakes and fruits. I didn't try but I've appreciated this kind of service. The most important thing is that this hotel can be a very good choice for a great holiday. "We will do our best to make your stay unforgettable!" they wrote before to arrive. And they did. Thanks a lot Micol, Alice and all the staff. Probably there are many good hotels in Lucca but for me Rezidenza di Via Fontana was perfect for my holiday and I recommend to everybody who appreciate the cozy hotel with a very good service. I had a little nice room with a little nice balcony. Perfect for me, enjoyed bella Lucca, enjoyed Italy!
