B&B Fiverooms

Stayed here for 2 nights, very big rooms, lovely & very modern, very friendly staff, good location & only 10 mins walk to lecce's lovely town & historic centre. Be Warned, a pain in the bum to find though, a sat nav would be an add.

Great location about 10 to 15 minute easy walk to the centre of Lecce and free parking in the hotel grounds, also it was easy to find from the Brindisi airport with the help of our Garmin.

Very fresh modern decor throughout, lots of white with deep blue accents and modern furniture, not cold though, it had a very welcoming feel.

We had a lovely big room which opened onto the garden with a table and chairs right outside and a lovely little cat called Franca who came to visit each day.  Plenty of space to put your things away, also the bathroom was good with enough room for toiletries etc and most importantly to me and a lot of other women...a good hairdryer!
The wi-fi only worked well in the common area which was not a problem at all, it was very pleasant to sit in the lounge area.

The breakfast was delicious,nice fresh fruit and tasty cherry tomatoes,good crusty bread, yogurts,cereals and several different freshly baked cakes and tarts each day. Yum, cake for breakfast! Coffee was set out in pots but you can request espresso or cappuccino and they will make it for you. The ladies at breakfast were lovely and Maurizio who runs the B & B is a very pleasant, helpful young man.

I can highly recommend Five Rooms and hope to stay here again in the future.

This B&B was a huge surprise. In the middle of the city, near of the historical center, you feel like you're in a countryside somewhere else. So quiet and peaceful.

The staff was so so friendly and extremely helpful. All of them, specially Maurizio. Lovely people.

The place is gorgeous. Beautiful living, very comfortable room, well equipped and a great shower. The garden, where breakfast takes place during summer, is a great place to relax, read a book and take a nap.

First, I booked the B&B just for the night I arrived in Lecce, but after spending the first night there, I changed my booking and stayed 4 more nights. 

Rented a car and visited all the beaches around. All of them are pretty close to Lecce and easy to get by. 

A week in Lecce was not enough for many reasons, but the B&B will always be a place to go back.

This was a great little B&B in Lecce. It is about a 10 minute walk into downtown from here. There was parking inside the gate. The place was clean and neat. The breakfast was great. THe AC was wonderful.

Oasis in the city

We made an email inquiry for a two day stay in august. The answer was positive, the b&b had an available room. We confirmed, two days later we needed more information for the deposit (swiftcode) - now the answer was, that the coworker had made a mistake, they could only offer the room for the second day we had reserved. We come to the conclusion: if we would not have sent a second email we have arrived in the evening in Lecce and had found a fully booked b&&.
