Maurice was waiting to great us by name on arrival which meant so much when we arrived with no luggage on the verge of tears. (airport messed up real bad). Showed us how to access the free bikes, recommend the best restaurants, access to beach etc. The room was amazing, the pools were very relaxing. Even called the airport for us to help get our luggage back. I’ve never known customer service to be so proactive and helpful. Thank you so much for the delightful stay and your help! 1000% recommend

In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Misano World Circuit, Fiabilandia and Arch of Augustus.
