Driver was nice, car was old in disrepair charged 33 euros for round trip to/from  B & B CASH ONLY.  Room was clean and noisy if other people are in the common area by all 4 bedrooms.  “Breakfast” was ONE tiny roll for two people-NO COFFEE available NO teapot to heat anything NO microwave either.  The owner of this place apparently could care less about his/her customers!

The plus side was a very comfortable bed with nice linen, other than that you had to park 300m away, there was no tv, no cups or kettle although it had a kitchenette, fine for a late night stay but too expensive, it also had a communal kitchen without any kettle, cups, plates etc, plus no cafe close

Too expensive but comfy bed

The information is very wrong. Hotel does not serve breakfast. Hotel staff is very rude. The receptionist did not answer the questions. Also there is no transfer option to the hotel. The experience was very bad. Will never come back.

Poor-poor service

It is the worst experience in my life with the hotels. We did not get our room and money back either. The stuff is very rude. They dont answer calls or mails. There is no option to get correct information about the hotel.

I loved the place, the owners are so nice, the bed, the bathroom is perfect everything was so clean and confortable. Its an excellent place to stay.

Excellent!!

The place is few minutes driving from the Fiumicino airport of Rome. Getting there is no stress thanks to the shuttle service offered by the Inn hosts, while reaching the Inn is also practical and quick by means of line buses (TAM) leaving from Termini station in the centre of Rome. A few nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, make the stay more pleasant. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The hosts are really nice, friendly and ready to help. A must for the followers of the vegan philosophy, when passing by Rome and Fiumicino, with a wide literature available for the guests and fresh tasty vegan breakfasts.

Lovely place truly dedicated to the vegan lifestyle

VERY unhappy with the customer service. Rude and unhelpful. We booked for one night and hoped to request a (paid) shuttle service to pick us up after 9pm, we hoped for their help since we saw in the reviews that the owners did not mind the hour if we paid for the service, but they ignored our emails, and denied our request when they finally picked up the phone after several tries of trying to reach them. Since our plane arrives after 9pm and it's impossible to be there earlier, they just let us lose our money without any further help or compensation.

We were really excited to stay at an inn aligned with our vegan values, but we will make sure to never try to stay with them again. DO NOT stay with them if your check-in hours are not strictly in the margin, they will not try to help or offer any alternatives even if you are willing to pay more. They will not care for you at all if you arrive after 9pm.

We tried to get our money back through Booking and that didn't work either, but Booking's customer service was WAY nicer and we appreciated that after the conversation we had with the hotel's unpleasant receptionist. She didn't even seem sorry at all, and even sounded annoyed to be dealing with someone that already PAID for a night in their hotel.

We are so shocked and disappointed with the hotel's terrible, lazy service, because all the comments said the owners were very helpful and thoughtful. I did NOT get that impression. Bad, bad experience!

Terrible customer service

The hosts were nice, it was very close to the airport, and the place was nice and clean. We had an excellent stay and I would recommend it to others. I appreciated that they also have a common area and an outdoor patio. Even though our flight was extremely early, they provided us with some breakfast snacks for when we got up at 4:30 am. Definitely recommended.

Relaxing stay

Great stay and hospitality at this inn. 
I was picked up by Imma by car in the afternoon from the airport, it’s an advantage to have this service as it is much cheaper than taking a taxi.
She was really friendly and booked my early morning taxi to go back to the airport, and gave me my packed breakfast as I had to leave at 5am. 
My room was clean and cosy, comfortable bed. If you are vegan, you are going to love the place, all the food in the house is vegan so you can’t go wrong.
There is a also a supermarket just outside the inn, usefull to buy snacks/food, as the area is kind of empty.
All in all recommended.
