Incredibly nice management - all you want to know about enjoying your vacation in the area and making it special for you – suggestions on restaurants, where to park in Baveno for free (near the train station), the advantages of a certain boat services, which tours are best, and how to get to the top of the Mottorone without using the cable car, etc. On top of all that, you are offered coffee/tea upon checking in, and there is prosecco and both sparkling and still water in your fridge in your room waiting for you. There is also a good quantity of coffee capsules and tea bags in the room as well. Many tourist brochures available at the reception. And, did I mention the superb view from the balcony - it is worth repeating!
