눉Pool opening hours is  10-18.00. Would be better to be open  till 19 or 20.00!

눇We had an apartment in the new building .Very clean, nice and modern apartment. Everything is new and clean. There is also a good balcony in the apartment. AC is very good and efficient. Lovely pool and garden outside. Good situation near the centre but still quiet room to sleep, no traffic noise. Apartment had good equipment in the kitchen.
Avi is very friendly and helpful person.Always ready to help guests. We can highly recommend this apartment!

Lovely apartment in good situation

My wife, my children and myself just spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Royal Park Eilat. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of service we received. after our reservation, we were contacted by Limor, a very kind and very professional lady who graciously offered to help us. we asked her some things we needed such a hot griddle for Shabbat, information on the synagogues next to the apartment complex. .etc. she answered us within hours of our request and we called her a few minutes before we arrived. Upon our arrival at the resort, she was waiting at the entrance to show us the apartment and to give us  electronic keys for access to parking. Her husband Yaron, who was extremely kind, helped us take our luggage and gave us a tour of the apartment, which was very beautiful, modern and very clean. we highly recommend the Royal Park Eilat, moreover, it is 10mn walk from the Eilat promenade/boardwalk  the action and 5 minutes walk from the ice park mall there are activities for children as well as a wide selection of good kosher restaurants. we highly recommend the Royal Park Eilat because for us it is the best value and we got a great service.

Great stay in Eilat

The buildings are surrounded by a beautiful and well kept garden. Our apartment had a nice terrace overlooking the pool. The pool is clean and the staff is kind. Cold water and ice are available at the pool. The apartment is clean but it needs to be renovated. The furnitures are old, the sheets are dark colored and not tied. Shampoo and shower soap are not supplied. The kitchen is small and old, the fridge is very noisy. 

You can do better

We stayed for five nights, and it was fine, really. But in all honesty this flat is in for some serious upgrading before it reaches the Royal class.
The park where the buildings are located is fine and well kept, and it is a joy to walk through it on the way to the beach areas around 10 minutes away.
Clive, the guy who runs the place, is a nice guy, but there are a few things he need to sort out. One of them is only accepting cash as payment. It's 2016!
Until the flat is updated, thoroughly cleaned and broken things fixed I wouldn't reccomend this place, although it is practical and has potential.


Upgrading needed

When spending $565 for three nights, I think I could expect more than this.
The apartment is in serious need of a makeover. The extra bed provided was very small with a very thin mattress.
The pool area is clean with a large enough pool. The hotel is situated outside the city, so you need a car to get around.
