Myself and my husband stayed on Wednesday the 27/10/2021 as we had a Wedding the following day in Adare. 
Everything was Excellent from start to finish. We would highly recommend this B & B and Bridie was a lovely host and looked after us really well.
11 out of 10 for everything. We will be back.

Excellent B & B

Wonderful little B&B right outside of Adare.  Walked right into town.  Breakfast area was so nice with gorgeous place settings and china.  Breakfast bar area with teas, coffees, cheeses and cereals plush fresh made breakfast.  Little tea set up in our room was perfect after a long day of traveling.

We were lucky to find this little treasure.  Bridey was a gracious host and wonderful breakfast chef.  She was helpful and her home was cozy.  We had a great unplanned stay, and will include this in our plans on our next visit!

We will be back!

Lovely cosy house with parking, very clean room, good breakfast and great host, couldn’t fault it.  Perfect location in a very pretty place, with fantastic restaurants and pubs.  Lovely church and river walk.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Berkeley Lodge. The room was very clean and comfortable.  Our hostess did a great job with breakfasts and her dining area looked out on a fence that all kinds of plantings in pots attached to the fence - making it a very cheerful place to eat.  As others have mentioned, it was a short walk to the main street.  The Tourist Information Center near the intersection of Station Road and the Main Street and a number of attractions were right within walking distance.  Off-street parking is available.

Wonderful B&B

2nd stay at this great B&B, attended a wedding in Dunraven Arms in Adare town. The location is within walking distance of the hotel. The host Bridie is so welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was served in a lovely conservatory and was freshly cooked and very tasty. Highly recommended stay in Adare

On arrival, we were given a small room with a double bed BUT our reservation did say Double room, bed size = 2 double beds!!!
The twin room beside us stayed empty for our stay and we did not understand why we were not given that room or the room on the ground floor. We only stayed one night.
When tourists ask for specific beds if is usually for a reason (in our case a medical device that needs to be plugged in). We were very disappointed with our stay.

Our overnight stay at Berkeley Lodge was most enjoyable.  It is centrally situated and an easy scenic walk into Adare. Bridie makes one most welcome upon arrival. The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are roomy.  The beds are comfortable and the area is quiet.  The breakfast room and sitting room are both beautifully decorated.  The menu is varied and we all enjoyed the meal.  Our hostess is everything one could ask for in a B and B hostess.  In fact this was one of my well-traveled aunt's favorite B and Bs!

A quiet, well managed property in a residential neighborhood that offered off-street parking. Comfortable room and great breakfast (many choices, nicely laid-out, well prepared). We walked along the river, viewed some historic sites, and then had a nice dinner in town followed by Trad music. Just delightful stay.

Great B & B , very central. Fresh cooked breakfast the next day, Bridie was a great host , only around the corner from the Dunraven Hotel and about 5 minutes futher walk to Adare Manor . Would return if im ever in the Adare in the future
