a cozy hotel with nice rooms .
the rooms are so comfortable and clean . the hotel  employees are very professional and are always there whenever are needed. the services are very good . the breakfast is very delicious but i suggest to extend the time of the breakfast to 11 am. the reception staff are friendly ....the price is matching the quality.  pay in  credit  card is my favourite  way of paying.
i advise everybody to try this fantastic hotel in suli

starting by receiving me at the Airport of Sulaymaniyah from a nice guy, helping me with my luggage, clean hotel with good hospitality.. looks small hotel outside.. but when you enter you feel you are in 5 stars hotel. everything is well prepared.. I really enjoyed everything in this hotel.. 

FOR ME.. what make me feel comfortable in a hotel are:

1- don't pay much for it.
2- clean.. every place of the hotel is clean "i was told they renewed it"
3- good staff. helpful in a good way.
4- can use my Visa .. no problem for that.
5- quiet place.. in a good area.. and very near to the centre of the city here.

at last, I can say.. these people respect what they are doing here in their hotel... 

it looks like a 5 stars hotel without a pool or gym wall :D

Good, medium sized hotel.  Good and friendly service, although English comprehension by some of the staff leaves a bit of imagination..  :o)
Rooms are clean, and reasonable sizes.
Breakfast is good, with plenty of choice.

Location is near Melody Cafe for a great cappuccino, and nearby RAND Gallery for some shopping

THE BEST HOTEL FOR SAVING YOUR MONEY AND NOT TO REGRET

Great location, good services

You will be greeted by an extended hand asking for a cash deposit (and your passport, of course), followed by the comforting news that they do not take credit cards (who needs the banks these days, anyway.)

The rooms are fine. Compared to many other places in Suli, they are very new (21st century, at least.) Clean, adequate in size and with all necessary amenities (I will give them that). Including a cheap (just guessing, might be expensive too) vanilla-smelling cardboard with the shape of a Christmas tree, that might, or might not make you dizzy and/or nauseous after 2 or 3 hours. But you may throw it away, I guess. It just didn't occur to me on time.

The room has a TV with satellite channels, and so does your neighbor's room. You can hear it very clearly through the paper-thin walls. That might give you some trouble sleeping, especially depending on your neighbor's TV taste and habits, as will the mattress. The mattress is one hard piece of foam. It is a mattress, I checked, but a hard, hard mattress. Good for teenagers in their growth years, I hear, and good for you too if you are among them.

There is a restaurant in the 4th floor, but it's good only if you are hungry between 07:00 and 10:00. Yes, AM. For a snack after that, or dinner for that matter, you will have to try any of the local area's specialties, which include a coffee house and the fast food at the mall. But before you leave, please don't forget to leave your card-key at the reception, because, you know... you have to. Why, you ask? Well, because you have to. 

When you come back to the hotel, though, you can ask for any key number you want. They won't ask, and they won't check, so do hide your valuables before you leave. Just in case, of course, nothing was missing from my room during my stay. Wait, well, yes. Toilet paper. The bathroom does not have toilet paper. There are paper towels, though. Not paper tissue, the soft kind, but paper towels. Rough paper towels.

I've been in worst places in Suli, if you need to know, so I will tell you that for a quick fix on a budget (the rate they gave me was pretty good), the Babylon will do. But bring your earplugs, don't forget, and cash. And a sandwich on your way back from whatever you're doing in the city. And toilet paper.
