I was satisfied with the high quality accommodation and dining services. Staff were really polite, kind, and hospitable.  I ordered a dish of lamb kebab which was really delicious. There were a variety of items including fresh cooked vegetables and different types of yoghurts. whenever I needed everything, the access to the waitors was really easy and comfortable.

Lovely staff, rooms and food was AMAZING.  The breakfast was lovely, the conservatory was bright and fresh. The staff went out of their way to help and the rooms were always clean. Most tourists I spoke to, mostly from Russian and Chinese, that came here shared the same view. A hotel they would happily return to. 

We stayed here twice, and got the very recently updates rooms! By far our best hotel in Iran. Compared to the Traditional hotels we stayed in elsewhere somewhat generic, but who cares!
The location is excellent for walkers: two minutes from Valiasr Metro Station.
Our reception at 04:40 in the morning, after a hot, hot train-ride from Tabriz was welcoming and efficient. As all people at the desk. (No use however to ask something from the telephone clerk). Lots of help with updating my Iran Simcard, Metro explanations, museum directions: they know everything there :)
The rooms, as said were super, and the breakfast, with made to order bread and omelettes is fine too. When we came back for our last night: incheck was already done: an excellent hotel for mid-class travellers.

We stayed at this hotel for one night only in April 2023. The hotel is in a nice location, the room is spacious, the bathroom is clean and is neither too big nor too small. The breakfast was included in the room tariff with many menu options and was satisfactory.

It is a four star hotel, but the stay was quite cheap as compared to the services. The food was good. It's near to Vali Asr Metro Station, about 5 minutes walking distance. The Google location will show you the backdoor of the hotel, which is a bit far from the metro station.

The hotel is too old, yes, it must be having the beautiful time in the past...but now....just a sleeping place, and the sleeping quality is also just very average...the reception is funny that taking small money in the name of rerunning in checkout  time, but when the checkout time comes they say nothing....the service, the friendliness, the facilities, the breakfast, everything is just average. Never again...

Very common place

I was been in Tehran last July for climbing tour, meanwhile I had spend couple of days in Teheran. big city and crowd, but really nice and cool places for visit.
3 nights in Kowsar hotel was good.

average accommodation but acceptable in price

Modest hotel, from rooms (need urgent upgrade especially bathrooms) to meals (need variation, fruits, deserts). Location is not bad. It is clean enough and they offer amenities. Some rooms doesn't have windows.

The hotel is old fashioned - similar to some of the kinds of hotels you can come across in places like Italy but with better WiFi! Nothing extraordinary to say about it but also nothing to complain about which definitely helps!

Comfortable stay - nothing special

Centrally located and helpful/pleasant staff. Average breakfast. Our only problem there was air conditioning - it didn’t work. The first day the technician said he’ll on the a/c from the central grid but the second day, a different technician came to have a look and he refused to do anything. He suggested we just open the window. However the guy from the reception sent a portable fan to the room.
