The villa is great, it comes with spacious buildings and nice pool. The staffs are very friendly and provide us with everything we need (but the services feel scattered around, like they are not even ready). It has mosquito problems, but still manageable. I have a good four-day stay in this villa, yet for this price-tag I think I should expect more.

Great villa, but feels overpriced

The villa was a perfect stay for my family of 12 with my parents and 6 grandkids as it’s really spacious and with a large swimming pool. It has a comfy vibe with luscious green garden that my parents can relax and enjoy the view while enjoying breakfast prepared by the friendly staff. As for me, it’s only a 5 min walk to the beach so I can enjoy my morning run along the beach. The location is very strategic as it’s in seminyak and close to cafe and shops. The staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with.

An excellent gateway place for big groups

We (11 adults and 1 baby) stayed at this villa for 7 days. We had 5 bedroom villa, with big pool. The rooms were also spacious. Great. 

And the villa was understaffed. It was not a 24 hour service. The staffs were only available from 10.00 am. 

They did not provide us with glasses to drink. So for the first day, we drank from bottles. No cleaning cloth. 

And the most annoying thing was that two water-closets were not working properly.  We asked the staff to fix them, but after two or three flushes, the problem were the same.  And it kept happening till the end of our stay. 

The sink in one of the bedroom was clogged and produced bad smell. 

It seemed that this villa was not properly maintained. 

I would certainly recommend and stay again in this villa if the management would pay attention to the situation and resolve the problems.

Not as We Expected

We came here for celebrating my husband birthday, it had an wonderful experience and were in the villas and it's absolutely gorgeous, privacy and comfort. 
The room was spacious, clean and huge bathroom. 
The staff was always available anytime we need help.

Best from The Best

I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay with friends. The service was fantastic. The breakfasts were delicious and ample with everything from fresh fruit to eggs to pastries. The staff assisted in all ways big and small - and always with warmth and a smile. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants and the chaos of Seminyak (which disappears as soon as you enter your villa). Their site is truth in advertising and I cannot wait to stay there again.

Like a better home away from your home.

It is a month after my birthday, but this is the first date we could make with our families from Australia & Hong Kong. 
We were lucky to find this close-to-paradise place and have booked the five bedroom and are thoroughly enjoying ourselves!
An extremely friendly staff, well stocked bar, elaborate food selection, numerous areas to lounge around the beautiful pool, fish ponds & fountains and comfortable bedrooms - we couldn't have asked for more. 
Although the bustling Seminyak market is just outside, we are enjoying the tranquility of Lataliana.
Highly recommended!!

Family Celebration

Finding an awesome villa close to Double Six Beach was our recent mission, and LataLiana delivered.

5 min walk from the beach this spacious 2 x bedroom villa provides a peaceful haven to relax and enjoy your time in Bali.

The staff and security were 1st class, special mention to Eka and Putra who fielded many of our questions and helped us to learn and better understand the local Balinese culture, language and customs.

Lots of dining options nearby – highly recommend Chai'ba Street Kitchen & Bar (Indian cuisine; 20 min walk) and Warung Souvlaki (Greek Cuisine; 15 min walk).

Villa has good wi-fi coverage, cable tv, stocked fridge, and a top quality pool table – what more could you ask for!

Not surprised to see strong ratings and reviews, can only concur.

Double Six Delight

I once swore never to return to Bali but I conceded for a mate's 60th birthday celebrations and I'm glad I did. Seventeen of us booked out the entire resort (8 villas) and had the best time. The staff were unbelievable, catering to all and any of our needs. Our villas were luxurious and I would return to LataLiana at the drop of a hat.

Hidden Paradise.

If you want a relaxing getaway in Bali Late Liana Villas is the place to go. We stayed here with 8 friends and enjoyed the seamless service from our first entry into the villa upon arrival. From here it only got better with the attentive, friendly staff, sensational food and beautiful gardens and pool. I can honestly say that each staff member was so attentive to every need, no problem was too big and by the end of our week long stay I can hand on heart say that they were like part of the family. The ammenities are simply world class, karaoke, piano, theatre room, billiards, and the grand pool and gardens which are kept so well by the maintenance staff. Security is 24 hours which was great peace of mind for our children. We have already started planning our next stay for next year!! Being so close to the action of Seminyak beach and the shops is heavenly yet once the doors are closed it is a sanctuary away from it all if you want a day of solace.5 stars all the way.

LataLiana Is Simply Amazing!!!!!!!

Couldn’t recommend this more highly. Staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure our stay was extra special. Beautiful surroundings and so clean. For my 50th Birthday celebration staff put up lanterns and decorations which was unexpected. Staff were amazing!
