It is my second time to stay at Sandlewood. Compared with my last visit, the backyard becomes the building now. The thing not changed is I can still find the old fashioned cars parked there and the backyard gate is still there.
The lobby is still maintained well with European decoration. "Feels like home" becomes the slogan in Sandlewood now. The designated mug in each room is available now and staffs are friendly and professionally to serve you all the time still.
You can really relax yourself with friends or families here on weekends or holidays in Lembang. The only thing is since the rooms are not many, booking earlier is highly recommended. Come here and have fun. Enjoy.

Family tour 

This hotel is beyond my expectation. Its so unique, so homy and very comfortable place for staying with family. They have a larga garden with many pine trees as you feel like living inside the forest.

Though the location is bit far from center of the city, but all services were so good. Food was nice and I really love the ambiance of this hotel. So beautiful. I hope I can stay here again someday

Beautiful

Location quite far, but all is paid once I arrived. It has different vibes, I completely forgot where i was once i enter the lobby. Room is spacious with view to pine trees. Not only that, i was surprise to had breakfast with mountain view. Its a great place to escape from hustles. The only thing i think can be improved is breakfast menu, i only stayed for 2 nights and menu are same, even the fruits. Parking area is limited, but easy to find spot during my stay on weekdays. Overall I'm happy to stay in this hotel and love to come again.

Homey place

First time staying at this hotel, did not have high expectation, coz I thought this hotel was outdated. After checking in, I honestly quiet surprised that our room was amazingly beautiful, had great view, and the most important was that it smelled good... The staffs were limited, but they were really helpful. The food was good, the price was reasonable, but the pool need to be improved. The backdoor of the hotel is just at the entrance of the ranch, coz the owner of both is the same. Good hotel for me and my family. Will surely come back to this hotel. 

Excellent

The property is unique. One of its kind in the area. All crew pretty much hospitable enough dealing with requests, changes and minor complaints. 

Although we are hoping that the property supported the wheelchair access, it’s still acceptable that they have several options for wheelchair/senior citizens type of rooms close to reception or main buildings.

The breakfast setup and choices are standard and edible. Great tackle on serving food during pandemic (pre-set cutleries, personal service on all buffet).

In my oponion, The only thing that this hotel could offer to make a better experience for the guest to stay with them are innovating various activities within the property /sports equipment (gym area/badminton area/basketball/etc.)

Runaway vacay 

We came exactly at 2 pm for check in. But the previous guests haven't checked out. So now already one hour we' re still waiting in the lobby for check in. How come this happens to this lovely hotel? We hope we can rest and enjoy our time here but it starts with disappointed feeling.


Pretty hotel but poor service

Enjoy the beauty of Lembang Bandung at Sandalwood. By the sound “feels like home” makes us comfort to stay there. The location is ok and the price is affordable. 
The facility is enough for us.
Next time , we will visit again. See you..

“Feels like home”

It's a very nice place to stay on weekend get away from crazy Jakarta.
This hotel is very well maintain.. very cozy and clean with the view of the mountain.
Each room has a big window for us to enjoy the view. For family with kids, this hotel has swimming pool and kids playground with some pine trees in the grass field.
They created instagramable rooms and living room for people who loves taking photos and update in social media 😘
They provide Breakfast with local sundanese menu from Yellow rice with all the condiments, meatball soup, siomay, and tradisional snacks.
For Price, it's quite expensive. But with all of the above, worth to stay to enjoy all the facilities.
And it's quite near to pasar lembang, and some famous attraction spot such as The Ranch, Pasar Apong, Tangkuban Perahu, Orchid Forest, etc

Very cozy and kids friendly

So interesting !! Suitable with their name "boutique hotel", unique and give an intimate impression. Room are really good and well concepted. HOMEYY. And the most unforgettable experience was the BREAKFAST, feels like home. If you are come to Bandung / Lembang with your family, go book and experience it.

an Unique Family Hotel

Nice room decoration, nice food, good smell everywhere, nice weather make our time spent really worth...

So many different theme in the hotel makes you feel really comfortable

I got a clue from the receptionist, better we make a phone call to choose the room color before we do the reservation... but even I did not do it, I also got the good one...

They have around 30 rooms right now but it is quite big for family trip (4 person in one room).

Just an idea for the management : Having a pool with warm water will make you go to excellent 😁

Really nice being there... and sure will come back to this hotel...
