Very accommodating hotel. This was a last minute booking as we had an issue with our previous accommodation and we needed a place to stay urgently. Every single member of Ayana staff were very exceptional - friendly, professional, and courteous. Dharmawan and Awan were especially helpful and went out of their way to make our short stay enjoyable and pleasant. There is frequent transport from the residences to other areas of the resort. Our suite also had a private swimming pool, which was very clean and luxurious. We also had a full kitchen, and two and a half baths. 

We enjoyed our stay, our suite was spotless and spacious, and we enjoyed other perks like the spa, the swimming pool, and the rooftop bar. Our stay was very short, but we made long lasting memories. This is a very good place for families or large parties who like to have their own space.

CLEAN. FRIENDLY. LUXURIOUS.

In this place you can use all the AYANA resort but it's separated so much more peaceful. The service here is especially good as the butlers get a sense of the guests likes and dislikes. We highly recommend staying here. 

Great service and peaceful 

Ayana Residence , A superb luxury service apartment with amazing breathtaking seaview. Beaufiful interior design , tastefully done , equipped with kitchenette, washing machine and comfortable selected furniture. Clean and well kept . Friendly and helpful staff .Conveniece buggies ride to nearby Resorts and Spa .Will be back for sure . 

Highly recommended accomodation at Bali .

I stayed at the residences with two of my cousins. We had a wonderful time. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a private pool. Anton and the rest of the staff at Ayana residences were very welcoming. The resort is amazing. We had breakfast made for us every morning and we even had a private driver for eight hours (for two days of our stay) provided by the residences. Would definitely go back again! My only problem was that I wish you could’ve stayed much longer.

What a stay this was 

I am travelling with my wife and my 2.5 yr old daughter . We have stayed at Ayana before but the previous stay was at the resort . Due to my daughter being this young we needed an apartment  to stay in 

And we found Ayana residences . We have booked an penthouse suite with roof top pool . The property is just amazing . So well kept . So huge and massive . What I loved the most apart from the property being so well managed and kept up to date was the service provided by the fine people working here . The hospitality is just top notch . We were given amazing American breakfast everyday in our apartments cooked by our personal chef at the time preferable to us. We were even given a complimentary dinner organised by the owner ( ari) an Indonesian dinner for 2 at our apartment. What was even more amazing is we are pure vegetarian so we don’t eat any fish/chicken/beef/pork/egg . So all our breakfast and our dinner was cooked to our requirements (pure veg ) .

The people go out of their way to provide you with all the possible services to make your stay comfortable.

This place is highly highly recommended, especially if you want to stay in a resort and yet want your privacy , and specially if you have children with you .

Please do not think twice and just go ahead and book your stay here now , you won’t regret it 

Amazing vacation at ayana residences

We really enjoyed the our stay at Ayana Residence. Our apartment was so spacious and clean. We could spent our vacation without leaving the apartment. Friendly and polite staff around. Thank you Ayana Residence. 

Amazing place to relax

When my mates told me they had booked Ayana, I was stoked - this place looked seriously amazing online. Upon arrival, I realized it was the Residences, not the Ayana itself, nonetheless, still in the same compound so I thought we would have access to the gorgeous beaches, restaurants and pools - wrong. I think it's important to understand that if you stay at Ayana Residences, you are not welcome at the pools and private beach at Ayana or Rimba - especially important if you have kids who really want to go on the slides. Not aware of this, we tried to take the kids to the pool and were hunted down and asked to leave - seems a bit much when we are staying on the grounds and clearly with 3 adults and 2 kids, going to spend some money poolside.

The Residence itself is impressive - 3 bedroom with private pool and large living space. The pool area has a covered table with chairs  but no sun loungers. Pool itself was quite nice and had a few pool floaties available. I was disappointed in the toiletries provided in the bathroom - EVA airways lounge in Taiwan provided better quality than what I found here. Whilst the building was impressive the clear lack of maintenance was not. A doorknob fell off almost straight away and was an easy fix if someone had just taken the time to fix it properly. As soon as I sat on my bed, one of the bed feet fell off - again, because it was not properly put back on. The residences, in my opinion, just require a little bit more love in terms of care and maintenance - looks great from far away, but up close needs some work.

The butler service was really hit or miss. Perhaps at times it was a means of language barriers, but some times the service was prompt - request for buggy- and other times, no one showed up - request to look at non operating air conditioner in main upstairs bedroom. They certainly were prompt, however, when they continually tried to get us to check out early.

Breakfast service was ok. It was convenient and decent size portions. I preferred the local breakfast to the western style - nasi goreng instead of mee goreng. 

Would I stay here again? Maybe - it is nice for a large group to spread out and enjoy, but attention to detail is just not there.

Fell short of expectations

Ayana Resort is one of the best resorts we have stayed at. Great restaurants, amazing pools, the staff go over and beyond and the service is impeccable. Hey The place is magnificent. We would recommend it to everyone. 

The perfect place to stay

We had a great stay at Ayana Residences all be it for 2days. We had a great meal at the Dava restaurant which the helpful staff at front desk were able to book for us on the day of our arrival. 

The room is very nice and modern with great air conditioning system. Very clean as well

The residence building has a butler service and he was very helpful along with the buggy service and the front desk. 

We also had room service breakfast which was great and a good price for what you got. 



Great Hotel stay with friendly and helpful staff 

The best place to stay in Bali, I would suggest. Have been to many resorts all over the world.. But Ayana residencies has overshadowed everything.. Most memorable experience. A Must visit for couples as well as family.. Will definitely come back soon.. The Best part is the property itself being so beautiful and gorgeous, You will not feel like going anywhere.. Hospitality and standard of Ayana property is amazing.

Looking forward to visit again..
