Okay, it’s cheap. That is rhe only positive thing about this place. Expect no/cheap service. Spacious room, devided by wooden made in-between ceiling. Rented it for one month. Did not get towels (brought my own) linen used on matrass not changed once (i change my bedcovers once a week at home) you have to pay for your own electricity (buy at Alfamart i.e.) bathroom has lots of molds, hot water running shower. Windows do not fit 100% in window frame. Noise of traffic. The worst; our neighbour room guests had a party during the night, almost for 3 weeks! They got drunk, screamed, loud noise,were fighting. Complaining to staff is useless! No action taken at all. In a normal place these guests were kicked out! You have to broom your own room, no breakfast served. You just pay for the room, try to catch some sleep (if possible; local guests just make a lot of noise, thay dont care about others staying in the 3floor building) as there is no security at all, you can take who-ever you want with you. Thats why it is popular with locals; free party time; no-one cares.

Expect the least

You'll get what you paid for. The room smelt musty and apparently there were molds in the bathroom. Reception was nowhere to be found and they did not even realized that we were supposed to check out on that date. Dogs walking around in the reception area which was quite new to me. Nothing impressive, decent enough if you're only looking for an emergency accommodation.

Small loft-typed room, with limited ventilation and mold

I stayed there for 3 days and I only spent less than 15 hours in the room because I traveled a lot. I got the sleeping quality cause I normally got tried when I reached the hotel and slept straight away. The room was nice (it should fit for 4 people instead of solo traveler just like me). The AC was stunning!!! I loved the cold as it was freaking hot in Bali at the time. The downside is the location. It was almost impossible to locate the place, even when you ask around (people don't know). And the other thing is the quality of the staff. The lady seemed just never smiled at me.

Value your money

DONT GO TO THAT PLACE !!! worst place to stay at Bali, super messy place, bad internet connection, u have to pay elektricity, loud nights and the worst are owners, they are total liars. One of them that caimed that hes hindu priest still owe me about 3 milions IDR and stop answering messages at all . If you wanna ruin cavation on Bali its good plan to go there .

WORST stay ever

My partner and I booked this place for a monthly stay in July 2014. Even tho the room we got on the 3rd floor had the same layout as the pictures on the website, there were several things seriously wrong with it. 
1.: Most critically: the bathroom. When you look at it you instantly know why they didn't put up any pictures. Filth all over the floor and in every corner, the interior, tho spacious, consists of only a shower and a toilet. No sink, no mirror. And the toilet is cramped so close to the wall you have to sit on it diagonally since there is no space for legs. Also, the wood ceiling is unprotected. It must be reeking of mold on the inside, and you could tell by the smell. We tried keeping all doors and windows open and still didn't get rid of it after 6 days. The owners must know this, but don't care. All they did is hang up Glade room scents. 
2.: The so-called "fully equipped kitchen" consists of a mobile butan-spaycan fired single gas burner. Plus one fork and a couple of plates and two glasses. The dirty kitchen sink is the only place to wash. 
3.: No shelves or anything downstairs. Just sofa, coffeetable, wall mounted TV and lots of scotch tape damaged wall and a few kiddie design hooks. 
4.: The electric counters went off every night. Basically when credit for electricity is low, they start beeping like a smoke detector. Try sleeping thru that. If there was any staff present at night, they didn't care. Went out a couple of times to silence them myself. 

Worst of all the poor cleanliness left me sick for all 6 days i stayed there. When I had to leave early because of these health issues, there was of course no thought of a refund. "Renters risk."

A horrific stay that literally made me sick

i am staying at this dump, a cheap kost (a room) in renon in bali, i am truly mortified at this place

this is not a hotel it is a horrid place with pathological liars managing it.

there is NO hot water and i mean NEVER!

there is NO security at all just an empty chair outside, usually all indonesian properties have a semblance of a security guard, that sleeps all night, but here is nothing!

the sheets slip of the bed several times a night, as they are too small and not fitted.

it's very noisy with roosters and dogs caterwauling 24/7 (i don't mind it, but i think most urban travellers would)

there is NO internet ever and i mean NEVER! i must go out to a cafe or the local kfc to get online, management tried to assert that no one else complained, yet 2 people did while i was talking to the manager, so beat that for brazen liying! apparently it must be my computer, yet i am using my comp all over the island every day!

the location is only doable, if you hire a motorbike as it's 10 minutes to the beach and it's very hard to catch a taxi, there are almost no tourists in this area, and very few balinese can fford a taxi.

the management are extremely insolent, and won't fix anything, won't clean anything, won't help or guide you.

i've already found several other better places in this area so will move when my month is up.
