A nice 4 room hotel. Has an amazing view of the mountains and the river. With a Jacuzzi in the centre.. where you can enjoy with your friends and have cool drinks along. The owner is very friendly and caring and very informative and well to guide for good location to party around in an around Goa. The Candolim beach is also close by. It was a relaxing and a memorable stay at this tiny but yet a relaxing place.

Relaxing Pleasant Stay

 River view with great sunset and fresh air.Away from the crazy crowds and traffic that now plagues Goa but still within touching distance of Candolim , where all the action is !!Rooms are comfortable and jacuzzi is refreshing after a dip in the sea..The breakfast is served by the owner, which is not bad but yeah no variety of breakfast options. Lunch or dinner you got to order from outside, they got some menu cards of different delivery partners. 

perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway

Atop a hill and offers a great view of Candolim. Nice and comfortable wooden villas away from the hustle bustle. Ideal for couples, families and a bunch of friends. Roy is a great host and ensures your stay be pleasant. Definitely recommended !

A peaceful and chill place with an excellent view !

Have been coming here repeatedly n always been a great experience.. away from the hustle bustle of the market, on a hill top with an amazing view of Goa.. The host Roy always makes sure to greet us n repeatedly check on us to see if we need anything, m sure he does that for all his Guest.. the rooms are very well equipped n very comfy, the jacuzzi on the deck is a plus.. will always suggest this place to one n all.. thank you Roy for the amazing experience again n again.. 

Amazing place to stay when in Goa

What to say about this place? You name it ...A good host..yess..comfort..yesss...serenity...yessss..view..yesss. One of the most amazing guy i met here is roy (the owner), he was always a message away inspite of being the fact he met with an accident. This villas deserve to get 5 star ratings in every aspect and i would like to recommend this to everyone who is looking for great hospitality with an amazing view.. also i would like to thanks aunty for scrumptious breakfast... Would love to see you soon again on my next visit.
