The free breakfast is a myth and and extremely sad to script the following happenings which was done more to instigate and intimidate a retired IAF officer in his own state and country that also one day before new year and on the day of NEW YEAR> I was supposed to check in by 12:00h but finally checked at 21:30h as flight was delayed and OLA car also ran off fuel with engine repairs. on 30 XII 2017. On the 31 XII 2017 morning I was served breakfast after I was quizzed and re ascertained (in fromt of other Guestrs) weather I had continental or Indian breakfast. I was served the left over despite arrival at 08:30 (07:30 to 09:30). Food preparation was awful abd full of flwas. Fresh fruit was given after we had breakfast and coffee. On the New Year the same waiter after wishing with paid coffee New Year, asked informed me that I have to pay for yesterday and today breakfast otherwise breakfast will not be served. He told to vacate my room immediately ((it was 08:00 am) and time was up to 12:00. I had paid the entire amount in full. He even said if you cannot pay, it is alright i will inform, management but give me tip of Rs. 500.00 He will even pack more breakfast for me of my my requests and choices. I strongly urge and plead all the GUESTS staying in this hotel to please confirm, ascertain and get in writing before you go to dinning A/c Hall in First floor so that your not insulted and shown the door as if your a criminal/mafia entering a wrong places. Better avoid paying for breakfast, nearby restaurant are serving tasty - homely food, hot and ofcourse with respects and dignity for you All other infra structure is set place and doing a excellent jon with perfect ease and precision I know the bearer / room service man name; but I do not wish to divulge
