The hotel hospitality has been top class. For a Mumbai person - the hills are super cold and difficult to adjust to. But this hotel is super comfy and cozy in its vibe. The staff was v helpful and they guided us with everything- from how to reach property to getting cabs for sightseeing to even telling us the best dining spots in the city! 
The hotel is done up really well and within the area there's a wonderful cafe .. a bar.. a lounge and also a spa . The best part is there's an in-house brewery too so that's a plus for all looking for some good beer in the hills. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious. The view from the room was lovely. We enjoyed each moment of our stay.

Amazing experience

One of the best places to stay in Shimla - a four star hotel.
1. Bang on Mall road and very close to the lift
2. Very good very clean rooms 
3. Very friendly staff 
4. Restaurants is their speciality. Besides the hotel restaurant they have a multicuisine restaurant in the "driveway" of the hotel. This is rated as one of the top restaurants in Shimla. 
5. Very good amenities in the toilet with multiple soaps with different aromas.

Wonderfull stay at the Willows Bank Shimla

Super comfy hotel. We booked with them as I had seen their pics online. As we entered we were impressed by the fact that it's just not a hotel but also 5 in-house restaurants ... so for a foodie family like ours this was awesome! There's a beautiful lounge on the rooftop and also a club in the hotel premises. The rooms are very spacious. Good for a family of 2-3. Our view was of the mountains and that was the BEST decision. We choose that category of room. The hotel is pretty close to mall and the shopping areas so great to walk out any time and head out for a stroll. This was our main reason for staying here, as unlike theog or any far place, in this case we are very central. The hotel has a nice open air cafe which has live music too. Wonderful ambience, stay and value for money definitely .

I stayed at Willow Banks for 3 nights in May 24 with my 6 member family . The stay was , in one word. excellent.  With a great location on Shimla's  superb mall, a highly professional and well-mannered staff and high standards of service, all the amenities one could wish for and good food ,  Willow Banks is a place where I truly feel  I would like to go back to again , even though Shimla is quite far away from where we live in Kolkata . The mall in Shimla is quite frankly, the best in India and Willow Banks really blends well with it .

Stayed at hotel willow banks for three nights .Hotel is on the mall road which is great. You have to park your car at the central parking which is biggest multistorey parking of shimla. Hotel will send its porter who will carry your luggage from parking to the hotel for just Rs 150. You can walk for two minutes and reach the hotel lift which will take you up to the hotel reception on mall or you can use tourism lift till the mall and then walk for around 200 metres to reach the hotel. Hotel has beautiful rooms some facing the mall road and others facing the shimla city. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel has its own microbrewery named shimla brewing company which is one of the best in shimla it has indoor as well as roof top which is named sky bar.  Hotel also has a restaurant which is also one of the most popular in shimla and it serves some realy great food . They also have a caffe ,spa,gym and even jawed habib salon inside the hotel . Staff is super friendly always ready to help you. Do try their food everything is just super delicious. Thanks willowbanks team for making our trip so special.

One of the best hotels in Shimla.

Excellent.hotel is located in the centre place,in mall road and service Standard is at par and felt like staying 5star hotel. Breakfast is the highlight of the hotel. Best time to visit November and December

Truely a 5star hotel feeling

It was my 7th day in the hills and now I wanted to experience the commercial side of a hill town.
Hotel Willow Banks is situated on the Mall road, just 2 minutes away from the tourist lift. 
The rooms are comfortable and they have multiple choices to stay. It was so easy for me to go on the Mall road for a walk and come back to the hotel immediately. This hotel is in the commercial heart of Shimla. 
Okay this is not where it ends.
This hotel has a Spa in it, a mini gym in it and also a salon in it.
It has an stunning breakfast restaurant Eighteen71 which also serves multi cuisine food throughout the day. It has a mind blowing cafe called Cafe Shimla with a live singer on the weekends. It also has a Sky Bar on the rooftop which serves herbal hookah.
The highlight is this place called Shimla Brewing Company which serves freshly Brewed Beer over a breathtaking sunset on 3 hammocks hanging in the sky and  catchy music being played in the lounge till 12 in the midnight. 
This hotel is a wholesale package and I loved staying here.

Not just Comfortable, But so many things to do

Excellent location. Easily walkable from city hub. Very good rooms. Efficient staff. Great food.  Good restaurant, bar, spa and saloon.  Overall, a memorable experience. Worth a repeat visit while in this lovely city.

great customer service from checkin to checkout, also arranged a good taxi last minute. Also has an adjoining cafe, bar and microbrewery with good views and good vibes. 

Loved the view from my balcony to watch the city day in and day out. Clean and spacious room and washroom, well equipped with essentials. Best part was having all this right on mall road, so you can just step out and enjoy the mall road vibe any time of the day and night. 
10/10 would recommend to my friends. 

A place of relaxation right on mall road

Excellent hotel at the heart of Shimla. One of the best feature is that it has private lift which will take you 7 floor up to the reception! The breakfast spread was also pretty impressive. Strongly recommended
