The property is amazing....!!!
We had wonderful time and memorable moments here. 
The staff is very cooperative and humble. Always there on their toes for any request.
Will definitely come again to this heritage haveli. 
Always suggest to visit here for your leisure time. 
Owner Saurabh is very committed and fulfill what he agree at the time of booking and always try for customer delight. 
All over property and owner both are nice and commendable.

The Banyan Farm has everything one needs for a great time away from the daily urban hassle > Great settings and ambiance and beyond easy approach-ability as it is  right in between Delhi & Gurgaon; literally reachable within 1 hour from most areas in Delhi. Ideal for a weekend away, without having to spend long hours traveling. Must visit :-)

Incredible oasis in the middle of NCR Delhi

Horrible worst staff...who dont care about their clients no coordination..even if we wanted a basic thing water they had to ask from someone and this process took 2-3 hrs. They didnt provided us the room told we will open it after 2-3 hours although check in time was 2pm still our party started after 8pm...because of their illogical and uncooperative behavior...worst service worst staff..dont ever go to this place...they dont care about anything just threaten their clients for money..

Beautiful property run by horrible people. The entire amount must be paid in advance and you don't mind paying as the place is beautiful. But this place turns into a nightmare after that. Rooms have horrible spiderwebs, rooms and washrooms look like they have never been cleaned. If you need any help after the sunset, you will need to deal with drunk staff. Owners to threaten you too, if things go out of hand.
Just do not even bother considering this property for staying or organising any event here unless you want to feel cheated in the end.

Horrible experience

Amazing property but the service absolutely sucks and the maintenance is very very poor! The rooms stink of piss from inside and are full of dust. The washrooms are absolutely horrible- stink like piss again. The kettles in all the rooms did not work, no heaters and some rooms had no water. Lush green property but very very poor service and maintenance!! Pretty unethical dealing- they keep increasing the price quoted/listed on websites based on the guests ability to pay! If you plan a wedding here please do NOT do not take the in house decorator or caterer! Absolutely horrendous!  Just the property for the wedding-no stay, no decoration and no food! I trusted them fully and almost lost face, had Red fort entertainment, Madan chopra events and Sumit's bar men not saved the show for me!
