Excellent service. Rooms very so neat and clean. Special thanks to the team led by Mr. Antony Rajasekar. Awesome complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed it. Hats off to the team. Keep up this good spirit.

This place was booked for me by my company. It was quite simple and relaxing and was located a little away from the main road. The room was spacious and the amenities were decent. 

The snack items that I ordered were good in taste but I found them to be a little pricey. The service was prompt. Staff was courteous too. 

It was a two nights stay at this hotel. Even though the building is small, the arrangement makes it feel like it's fine. The furniture provided in the room seemed nice while my stay, and cleanliness is also maintained properly. The people are well mannered, very willing to meet the requirements of guests. Anyone who wishes to get treatment at MIOT International (only a walking distance) can pick up this place for a pleasant stay.

I book this hotel due to nearest place from airport and chennai trade centre..Nice quite place

Just becoz there lots of traffic and hold ups in chennai..thts y we choose nearest place to chennai trade centre according to tht it was nice place..Hotel is also not too expesive according to service


Good atmosphere, good food and staffs are helpful. Calm place, good for weekend stay. Free private parking is available at site. Little bit expensive compared to service offered. Bed can be better and electrical kettle should be provided in each room. One dressing table with mirror will be good to provide.

The rooms are very dirty & has no ventilation,the amenities mentioned are also not privided. The food served is utterly bad, although they claim it's a buffet dinner there would be all in all only 4 items,out of this two are rice & chapati. The food tastes very bad & they if you want any non veg item they will ask you to order atleast 4 -5 hrs in advance. My room stay plan included pick up & drop service from my office which is in their vicinity,but they were reluctant to provide that. Infact when I had checked out they even denied to drop me to my office campus. There are much better hotels available in this area at similar prices,pls. go for other options
