They are probably the worst hotel in Puri.
They gave us the room at 12:30hours when checkin time is 1000 hours.
Hotel staff are blaming management and management is blaming staff.

ROOMS: Very bad and unhygienic rooms and washrooms.
Air conditioning not working properly and had to repeatedly complain to get the room changed.

FOOD: Had lunch on the first day and made sure not to eat again from their restaurant.

Overall i would suggest that please do not stay at this place cauz that will make your stay regrettable.

Worst Place to Stay

cheap people, worst service. dont know how to treat customer, everyone is busy on making money from the customer. Even they will charge for extra tissue. if you dont provide then they will abuse you. Dont go for this.

The location of this hotel is awesome. Very near to the beach and in a quiet area. I would like to suggest to choose sea facing room at a higher floor to enjoy the sea and beach. The sea facing rooms are medium in size with some fault like ac, fan regulater etc. The management didn't provide any dental kit or shaving kit where they charge almost 5k per room. Service are very bad, don't know about time management. Foods are good but want a little more service find another one.

Perfect location worst service

Though the cuisines are good the west wing is grossly neglected with little sanitisation,no shaving kit,dental kit,and grossly overpriced tarriff.The only recluse is the sea facing beauty of the room where you can witness sunrise and sunset from your sofa at ease...but should not expect any thing more to avoid gross disappointment

Horrible in the west wing

The most pathetic place. We were provided 4 sea view rooms on ground floor. We had buses parked outside the hotel all 2 days we stayed and there and no 'sea view' but only bus view!
The service in the restaurant is poor. You can see any waiters to take order. If they do show up they dont understand English and we were at a loss to place order for simple tea! Curtains torn and towels dirty.

Dont stay here

The location is excellent bang opposite Puri beach. Could watch sun rise & sun set from balcony of room. Staff is very courteous & food is also good. Though breakfast spread can be improved a lot.
Negative about hotel is its travel desk. The rates charged on all days were exhorbitant & never paid such high rates anywhere any time in India .

Stayed with Family from 27th to 31st December. Excellent location.

Pros: 
Location- away from the crowd, overlooking a clean area of the beach you can just cross the road and you are on the beach, attached swimming pool,breakfast included, darshan complimentary (great service and the panda is v good), courteous and helpful staff, good food.

Cons:
Housekeeping is below par, rooms show signs of age. General upkeep could be better. 

All in all a good 3 star property. Look for the beach facing rooms for a great experience.

Quaint hotel on the beach

East West is a convenient place to stay in Mumbai, who have to visit offices in South Mumbai.  Affordable price and comfortable stay. Situated in New marine lines, surrounded by good food joints.  Staff are friendly and service is good.

Budget hotels

I stayed there for 2 days with sea facing delux room. Room was good but reception and gallery was tidy with sand and all. We visited there after fony cyclone so the hotel was still under construction as front site was heavily damaged due to flying bricks hitting the glass and structure. Over all food and facility was good but have to improve if charging like 3 star hotels

Good Management but slow process and implementation of service

Staffs are very courtious to serve. Food was great. Good spread of buffet breakfast. But they need to work a lot on room and entire hotel clealiness. Bed sheets are in poor states needs to replaces immediately. This kind of things is not acceptable on this property. Management need to work on this.
