I have continued my treatment from home with the supplements and oils I was given. I really suffered a lot with back pain and pelvic floor issues. I can say that I my pelvic floor is 99% healed and the back pain has been greatly reduced. My time spent at IVAC was magical. I did not know much about India and Ayurveda but the website and TA reviews helped me walk into this unknown and I am better for it. The clinic and grounds are beautiful. I would recommend splurging on the A/C rooms as it gets too hot for someone from a NJ climate to sustain spending that much time in the heat. The treatments were top knotch and my recommendation would be to listen to your doctor and do what they say. You will be better for it. I felt very taken care of from my doctor and the staff. A big plus were the cows and dogs on the property. They gave me a giggle every day and kept me company on my daily walks. Do yourself a favor and get healed without all the drugs and surgery that was my western doctors had said I needed. This is a much safer and healthier way to heal.
