I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Ashirwad  on September 10th, 2023. I had booked a two-night stay, but due to the issues I encountered during my brief visit, I had no choice but to check out the very next day.

First and foremost, the safety of guests at this hotel is a significant concern. On the night of my arrival, I witnessed an alarming incident of staff fighting in the hotel lobby. This not only made me feel unsafe but also raised serious questions about the hotel's commitment to the well-being of its guests.

My stay at Hotel Ashirwad  was so distressing that I decided to cut my reservation short, checking out after just one night instead of the originally planned two nights. This decision was driven by the concerning safety issues and the overall disappointing experience I had at the hotel.

To make matters worse, the room tariff charged by Hotel Ashirwad was exorbitantly high considering the subpar services and safety precautions in place. It's essential for a hotel to offer a good value proposition to its guests, and in this regard, Hotel Ashirwad fell significantly short of expectations.

I sincerely hope that the management of Hotel Ashirwad  takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at [Hotel Name] on September 10th, 2023. 

We got room with balcony and the view was breathtaking. You don’t have to go anywhere to see sunrise and sunset! And you will find the best staff here! They were so nice and helpful they literally helped us plan our whole day, they even helped us with taxi services for our tour! They were the nicest and kindest people! If you are going to Mussoorie do plan your stay with Ashirwad hotel.

 I was there on 30th May2022, Worst hotel, suffocating terrible smell all over, Unhygienic rooms, food quality is bad. It is not worth  even for 1000 Rs,,  No lift, congested rooms, No aeration. Situated at other side of city, 

Waste of money

Hotel located on congested Mall Road near Picture Palace & Gantaghar is a glaring example of mismanagement. Stayed in hotel for two days in April’2022. The front desk staff is very rough & non-cooperative.
The rooms are quite congested. Most of amenities in the room are not working.
Water was continuously leaking from WC in wash room , but was not attended inspite of repeated reminders.
Parking is a big issue, no place for parking.
Room & restaurant service is really poor .
Overall bad experience !
Don’t recommend anyone for stay in this hotel.

Poor Service & Arrogant Staff !

We were 4 people and room was booked only for 3. We had to wait for so long on 31st of december and we were very hungry. I was told by akram that there is a new year party and complimentary dinner is provided. So we didn't even had our dinner outside. tenindranath Parth was the operator and he said there is no complimentary dinner and no party is there. we were very dissapointed during new year and our sentiments were deeply hurt. Our money is wasted. We all had a very bad day on the new year. The hotel is also not at all good. We even hadn't done our complimentary breakfast as parth  treated us as beggers and said he will pay for dec 31st dinner.

Given room for less people and wasted new year party

2 families travelled with kids.Location was near clock tower which is like 1 km far from mall road. Narrow road  and no place nearby to park.Remember it was Normal 1 star hotel and not resort.Small rooms.We took Executive Suit(Best of Hotel) in 4000/night whereas rooms were like max 1000/Night.No Almirah,No Balcony.Smell in Rooms.Not recommended for Bachelore or Couples.Shocked how come Hotels.com is selling rooms of this hotel in 4000/Night.  .Food Not tried due to this bad experience.Wish I could get refund of my 7500 Rs of two rooms.Dinesh from Gurgaon.

Not Worth to stay - Bad experience

Best hotel and spa in my experience. I am very happy now. Clean and neet. Staffs are very good. Very likely and some best quality in there. First i think it not good, then now i changed my mind, best of luck.

Good hotel

I recommend this hotel . I went with my friend and some other. In this hotel provide very good service and  i like it all facility and other activities . This is very clean and his manager very nice person . Very good memories with my friend in this hotel

Very nice hotel The Rooms are hygienic and cleaned very well.staff was very polite, well professional,located very well in central position.i like this place and their service.I recommended my friends also.

Loved to take suggestions form here. And always it is the best trip advisor. Loved this is the best one to tell my full shedule and always been taken for granted that it makes my every shedule on time.
