Had stayed for a day in this hotel with my friend during his visit to Mumbai and found this hotel very neat and clean and also value for money as this hotel has clean linens, clean rooms, good food and helpful staff.

I had a great experience with them, had booked around 7 rooms, as I was there to attend a function. 

The Staff 

Right from the manager Mr. Ankur to other members namely Mr. Aadik, Ms. Bhavika, Mr. Nitin and Mr. Juggal everyone including the support staff were not only courteous and professional in their approach they also were quite helpful they were one of the main reasons that we all had a pleasant stay. I would also like to mention that they accommodated some of our requests and helped us in best possible way. Thank you, Guys, 

The property 

The hotel is located on the main road and is close by to two malls. You can get a rick or a taxi easily. The property has a restaurant attached to it named 29, they food out here is good, although some might find it a bit expensive. The hotel is well maintained and is neat and clean. The rooms are specious and the bathrooms are well maintained. Good for families as well as couples. 

Over All 

I might be a bit biased for them as I am not able to think of any negative points/cons regarding my experience with them. I do hope that the staff can maintain the same level of courteousness and professionalism.

Got a good deal. People were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and everything was good. The breakfast buffet was small but fresh and good. Very accessible and in the heart of Malad. Except for the parking which can hold just 3 cars at a time we had a decent time at the place.

Nice hotel

Excellent Experience, Awesome Staff, Good Location

It was really a good time to stay there. I liked this hotel very much.All the facilities were provided and were upto the mark.Fooding was good . Location was also fine. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good one

There was a miscommunication in beginning regarding our booking which we were fine with. Customer service besides the receptionist is good. Room had no hot water, was kept unkept but it's ridiculous to pay 23000 rupees for 5 nights for a place that does not maintain their facilities. There was a day when theydid not have any water as well.asked for rate to be lowered based on all the issues but they preferred me to write a bad review on trip advisor instead. Come to this hotel only when no option is left.

Overpriced hotel

ABUSIVE MANAGER. 
First of all, the room we booked was not allotted because apparently we got discount via oyo app and that was a loss for the hotel. So we were provided with a room where AC was not working, DTH/cable was unable to connect, intercom failed to work and 3 cockroaches in the room.
We ringed the manager for the same but he was too busy to attend petty calls and said that in this discounted price you wouldn't even get a room anywhere. Later after calling them thrice to check on the status of our food, we were abused. Sentences which included '1.You paid for one night and have not bought the hotel.
2. Stop calling and disturbing me as this isn't my duty to constantly hear you complain.
3. My property is of 80cr. You are lucky to have a room at this discounted price.
4. I can remove you from my hotel right now.
Later we called oyo and talked to the senior manager, she informed that the only thing she can help us with is to send an email to the ground staff.
