Good property in good location and residential area with clean surroundings. It's near to a mall as well. There are not many rooms, as this property is in a residential building. Room was clean and has a good wardrobe. Pretty quiet area, quite a number of eateries, restaurants, chemists, salons, etc. The outlet of the exhaust fan of the adjoining room's bathroom / toilet is into into the bathroom / toilet of the room I occupied and discharged bad odour. The management should provide an exhaust duct in this case. Water heater in the bathroom is insufficient; it's an instant water heater and one will have to wait for a while to get a bucket of hot water. One cannot use the shower, considering the instant water heater, where hot water supply is not constant. A hot water storage heater is a must! Breakfast is included; unfortunately no coffee.
