Treebo GN International

Stayed here before but it was under Treebo then. OYO has brought in a good change in service staff and overall appearance. The hotel is in the heart of the city but there is peace and quiet inside.It was a pleasant and safe stay. Loved the paintings.

One of my guest had come from Orissa. They wanted a hotel near the station. This property is hardly a km from the station. Staff is great, along with the service.

It has a car parking at the basement. 

The location is great, hence finding public transport at any time of the day/night is not a concern.

A quiet place amidst the ever busy area in the historic city of Secunderabad. It's very close to the station and viewers can have a nice view of the city from the room. Clean cosy rooms and comfortable bed quietens a weary traveller's mind.

Stay in Treebo ironed the chaos

Poor Service.Used pillow covers and Bedcovers.informed twice still thy have not changed.Irresponsible staffs.No cleaning.washroom facilities are pathetic.Water was not available 24hrs.Staff are Untrained.

Worst Service nd the Rooms

No water, no electricity. The staff couldn’t care less about their customers. Please do not visit. They just keep fighting with customers to prove their point. They do not have breakfast or anything. It stinks and tastes terrible

Terrible

We had stayed at this hotel, with some fellow travelers from Palestine, Lebanon, the US and Belize. The first time we stayed there, we liked it. Granted, the hot water never got past being cold, and the "breakfast" was better to be fed to a dog or a pig, but the room was clean, the AC worked, and it was, above all, cheap. We felt the trade off for a cheap hotel and the minuses were worth it.

After a few days traveling, we had to return to Hyderabad. We went to booking.com, and booked a room. For some reason, the booking failed, and when we got there, after hiring a car to get there, we used the hotels wifi to book it, again. The receptionist refused to accept the booking. She initially said we had to pay full fare, which was an extra 500 rupies, and then, while we debated if we should get another hotel, she shut off our internet and kicked us out of the lobby. 

We travel extensively. This was our first trip to India, and in our three weeks here, she was the ONLY rude person we dealt with. She was also rude to some Muslim travelers from Palestine and Lebanon the first time we stayed there.
