We had put up in this hotel for our Annual Conference with a very huge group. The booking was done directly using our personal contacts. 

This hotel is located in a lane opposite L B Nagar Big Bazaar in Sivaganga Colony. The location is prime but very noisy due to the heavy traffic. The rooms are very compact, in fact I would call them small; the room is over within 10 steps.

The bed occupies maximum area and hence there is no room left for anything else though they have managed to keep a couch and a table in the room; it just adds to the congestion.

The room & bathroom was clean.

We didn't have food at the hotel hence can't comment on that factor.

Decent place-Make over needed

I had done booking of this hotel from makeMyTrip well in advance ~1 month to get better price. The room was very clean. I should say rooms because it had one small room for sitting & one big bedroom. Sofa, 2 chairs & one table was there in the smaller room. We used that room as dining hall. 
The bedroom was big. Also the toilet was big with 24 hours hot water.  It was clean. Towels were provided. But they do not provide soap or shampoo which is ok considering the price they charge. Breakfast had limited items but taste was good. We had asked dinner in the room only. The service was quick but the taste was average. They charge ~20% extra for room service which was not mentioned on the menu card. The room ad very good AC and TV quality was good. Wi-Fi was working fine. The  hotel has 24 hour check-in facility. Overall very present stay in the hotel.

Very pleasant stay

Before we booked the room online we called the hotel to confirm that we will check-in late and check-out early (pay for 2 days while we only stay for day and a half). When we called them up to provide the booking reference number just to make sure there is no confusion at the time of check-in(4am), the hotel staff said we gotta pay for 3 days ! 
After a bit of discussion and reminding them about the previous call, they agreed but the person who took the call rejected to give us his name and contact number.We booked and requested for Twin-Bed but was offered Large. 

The room is cramped with no natural light. The room was clean enough but bathroom had a foul smell. The complimentary breakfast had very limited choices but was decent enough. For what we paid we could have easily got a much better room in an other Hotel. 

Could be better !

Booked the room through Goibibo and got it for a good price, The hotel is easy to locate, the rooms are good and the breakfast is also fine. But the location makes it difficult at times because of the noise. Wifi problems should be addressed. The staff are courteous and there is a bus stop almost next to it for commute if one is dependent on public transportation.

If not for Location, this would have fared even better

decent rooms, very comfortable bed, good stay option in the area. restaurant is a bit average. no buffet breakfast - you can choose from idli / dosa / puri-bhaji. no fruits/juices in the breakfast. wifi wasn't working. even the access key was not working so it was a real trouble for us. if you are relying on public transport, sitara grand could be a better choice. the airport buses don't stop near this one.

overnight stay at Hyderabad

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Rooms are clean and well maintained.Food at the restaurant was also up to the mark. They didn't have buffet for breakfast, but got whatever we ordered in time. 

The only downside was the traffic noise. Because of the location, vehicles keep going even in the night. But then if this does not bother you, the location has advantages too. Close to all amenities.
