Stayed for 1 night on the 22nd February 2024
We were met on arrival by very helpful staff who checked us in and showed us to our room. 
Room was a basic beach hut with an en suite but was clean and comfy with excellent Wi-Fi signal. 
Ate in the restaurant and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Food was great and the service was fantastic. 
The resort was building new huts further down the beach that looked as if they would be very modern with more luxurious amenities. 
Overall our stay was really good and the staff made every effort to ensure that you had everything that you required. 
If the new rooms will be ready in 2025 then we will definitely go back.

Thank you. I have stayed at Kamaxi beach resort last month, i really enjoyed the place, their cottages are spacious and right on the beach, The beach is not crowded there are just a couple of more resorts, definitely very tranquil. The staff at the reception is very helpful and try to get all you need... taxis etc.. The food is amazing especially i loved the recheado prawns and on top of that the kindness of Raju and the other guys at the restaurant made our stay perfect.

The preparation of our arrival was too good. Food, rooms, staff everything was spot-on . Excellent food service. Great choice and availablity of fish. Prepration is very good. Ambiance of this place is truly amazing and beauty

It was a weekend, when I and my family decided to embark on a jaunt at one of our closest friend’s resort to spend the two days we had just round the corner.  My younger brother - Prateek was amped up because of the event ahead, that he was determined to drive the car with all four of us with him in the vehicle. So, we packed our baggage and seated inside our car we began the journey to the southernmost beach of Goa called Pollem Beach. Over there we were to pop in at our friend’s beach resort named “KAMAXI BEACH RESORT” for a day or two. Our close buddy, Mr. Satish Malshekhar who was our host was a bit apprehensive lest it would rain and the tide at the beachside would arise. However, we already began our trip and it took almost 2 and half hours to reach out there.  

Once at the beachfront of Pollem beach, we were greeted with a broad smile by Satish and his cousin Mr. Atul who were running the hotel business. Satish especially was pleased to have us over! To my amusement I found two distinct relics of Lord Buddha near the parking lot! The first glimpse of the windy beach brought a soothing mood to us and brimming with immense joy we were to head start with a divine lunch to devour a lavish spread of seafood right in front of the beach! So over here, Satish ordered his Chef to bring in exotic seafood fare for our meal!

One by one, the choicest dock-to-dish delicacies were supplied beginning with “Tomso” – a goan fish delicacy with red chilly paste and Golden fried prawns. Savouries like Pomfret with Red masala, Squids Masala fry, Rock fish fry were also served much to our delight! It is a non-descriptive resort having a laidback vibe! Whilst indulging in seafood we were watching the waves hitting against the rocks besides the beach! The water appeared to be muddy due to the heavy downpour ! Then we progressed to the main course of the meal which included some crisp Nepali rotis, a bowl of fresh rice with fish curry. Lemonade and French fries were repeated twice for all of us which placated our palates while we also tasted spicy and succulent seafood! Then, we rounded off with some butterscotch ice-cream! We finished our lunch at around 5PM in the evening and we were almost feeling drowsy after stuffing ourselves with a heavy meal! So off we went to sleep in our rooms just at the side of the beach! Two rooms were allotted to the four of us and they were spacious enough and the two rooms were the most excellent ones in the whole property! The rooms had a sanitary block attached to it and had two huge cots where we soon dozed off to sleep!

We woke up at around 8PM when we decided to have some light dinner! This time Satish said he would not accompany us because he had to hit the gym and that’s what he exactly needed to do after a heavy meal in the noon! For dinner we opted to have Chicken Manchow soup and Prateek had Sweet Corn Chicken soup and then, we relished two plates of Chilly chicken! I was looking out for some ice-cream but, failed to find some because the chef said the ice-cream had solidified with the ice in the refrigerator and he was unable to break open the ice! But, watching the waves hit the shore when the tide had already risen up put me to a deep slumber and I lounged on the bed at around 10PM only to wake up the following morning feeling afresh!

On Sunday morning we had some Chicken Club Sandwich with Egg Omelet and a hot mug of Cappuccino! It was on Teacher’s day and in fact, Satish was one of my Dad’s favourite students! Feeling refreshed we began exploring the shore! There were a cluster of Coconut and Wind Breaker trees across the property! Fishermen’s boats were lined across the seashore! Satish had told us that fishermen would provide fresh fish in the mornings and a prized catch would be Shark or even King Fish! We climbed the slippery rocks on the beach to click snaps and we walked along the beachside watching the breezy waves and trees around! My mom was enticed to click our pics because the beauty of the sea gripped her attention!  

Then, late in the afternoon, Satish joined us back for lunch! This time he offered us, Silver Fish fry, Squids Butter Garlic, Shark Ambotik which was a spicy Goan red masala flavoured item and then a bowl of Rice with mild Chicken Xacuti gravy with of course sweet and salty lime soda! Wow! It was a scrumptious fare! We chatted until evening and then, it was time to return back home!

So, we collected our bags and baggage and bid Good bye to everyone! We told Satish we will visit him yet another time at this resort! He too told us that he was eager to whip up a dish of Goan Chicken Cafreal the next time he too would visit our home! That’s so nice of him and I am sure it will be such fun! I am still awaiting the next trip to KAMAXI BEACH RESORT where I will revel in a gastronomic fare with a Gourmet like Prateek and Satish once again!

AN ENTHRALLING SOJOURN AT THE BEACHFRONT OF GOA'S POLLEM BEACH

Peaceful place to stay in with best in class hospitality. If you want your trip to be memorable, this is the place. Excellent services more than you can ever expect. Once visited it will become your dream place in goa. Beach view makes you feel as if it is all you need.

Peaceful Resort

Memorable stay with family in a beach front cottage with air-con and hot water. Resort has a beach front Bar and Restaurant with fresh and tasty food. Owners are very polite, caring and ready to help always. Good arrangements made for New Year eve celebration with security etc. Best for family and couple.
Holiday in privacy! Very less crowd of outside visitors. Mostly Resort guests only. Enjoy every moment with family or friends. Beach feels just private

New Year celebration with Kamaxi Beach Resort, Polem, Goa.

A peaceful place far off the beaten track worth staying in south Goa. The resort is bathed by a paradise beach full of coconut palms and lush vegetation which is really amazing. The staff and the relaxed atmosphere of this spot in Polem beach complete the nice and quiet experience. Do not miss to taste their food speciality: fresh fish dishes!

We spent 20 days in Kamaxi and the really incredible thing about this place is the location, a paradise beach that most of the days we had for ourselves and the few local fishermen.

The food is also good with fresh fish every day.

Incredible location

We came to spend the day on this beach and found the hotel. We liked the location and the beach so we booked directly at the hotel. These three days have been fantastic. the super friendly staff, the perfect hotel location and the super quiet beach. We liked the food a lot. a wonderful place to spend the holidays away from the noise and the crowd.
