My daughter and me rolled into Jaipur late at night after a long day on the road from Delhi and Agra. We were immediately welcomed by Mr Singh and shown to our rooms. The hotel is an historic family home dating from the early 20th century and is gorgeous with marble floors original woodwork and real chunky keys. The rooms are clean and air conditioned and very unique, each with its own bathroom. The staff are amazing and very attentive to any needs. We started each day with breakfast served in the dining room before we set out for the day sightseeing. I strongly recommend staying here if you are in Jaipur if you want to get a feel for the way people lived years ago.
