- Good location: 25 minutes light walkway from railway station, 5 min. from the centrum and the best restaurant of Sárvár (called Várkapu), few steps from Sárvár castle, 7-8 min. from the botanical garden, 15 min. from the bath.
- Owners are kind and friendly.
- The house has parking places, BBQ place, the whole house is no-smoking area.
- Breakfast is optional, it was good: you can choose warn and cold breakfast too.
- Apartments are well-equipped, clean, silent. For us the bed was uncomfortable a bit (too hard). We had AC, many (Hungarian) tv channels, towels, etc..

good starting point for adventures

We stayed in Sarvar in September 2013. We found this accomodation by chance and we were very lucky and nicely surprised. The owner, Mr. Rozmann showed us apartmen, immediately prepared baby cot for our daughter and all the time made everything for our pleasant stay. The suite was very pleasant, had separated bedroom, living room with sofa and kitchen corner including basic dish, fridge, etc. Everything was clean, realy spotless, and nice, very practicaly furnished. The place itself is very quiet, so the rooms were. The penzin is located just few steps from the Sárvár castle, 5 minutes from the town centre, 100 m from the best restaurant in Sárvár, the spa can be reached within 15 minutes walk, nice children playground and relaxation area is 10 minutes far away. The location is just perfect. There is hudge courtyard behind the house, with BBQ terace, relaxation terace, lot of flowers and parking space. The house is new, everything is tastefully arranged and clean. The owners also offer sauna and occasionaly massage (done by their daughter). We ordered also breakfast (it is optional), it was nice, everything we wished, we got. We realy enjoyed the stay and relax in this place, but the best of the place were the owners. They  would do everything for us, they were so nice, so kind, beautiful people. This was with no doubts one of the best places we ever stayed.
