22 reviewsMy husband and I had to travel to Tegucigalpa on business. I found this place quite by accident in my search for a safe hotel. Wow, what an incredible place to stay!! This is not your typical hotel in Tegus. It goes way beyond that. The owner has to be one of the most gracious hosts we have ever met. She organized everything from an absolutely beautiful clean room for us to stay, a fresh and delicious breakfast each morning at the time that we requested, an in room massage which was one of the best ive had and she even drove us in her personal car to a nearby restaurant (La Cumbres) so we could enjoy an absolutely fantastic dinner and picked us up afterwards! It is perfectly located in an upscale area, 10 minutes by car to the US Embassy, 15 minutes to the mall, 20 minutes to the airport and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful El Picacho National Park where you can take in stunning city views and enjoy the zoo! The grounds of the hotel are well kept, full of flowers and plants and you will wake up to the sound of birds after an extremely restful sleep. Being up on the hill and out of the city, the air is cool and fresh which is a much welcomed treat in Tegus. If you are in town for a night or a few this is the best place to be, hands down!
