Apollo Rooms

Apollo Rooms is located in Perissa and is 10 minutes from the black sand beach Perivolos. It's 5 minutes from a local bus stop and the tourism office. And it's 15 minutes from a local Carrefour (large grocery store). Zoe, the owner, was gracious and helpful. She will come pick you up at the airport and drive you straight to the hostel. My friend and I stayed in a double room that had all the necessary amenities including: a fridge, closet, hot water, and even a little private patio. The only downside is that Apollo rooms has no wifi access. I had to connect to wifi while at restaurants or find random internet hotspots while out. I preferred this location to other heavily populated tourist areas like Fira, the atmosphere there can be overwhelming. I enjoyed my stay with Apollo Rooms and recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Santorini on a budget. The fee was only € 80 for a 4 night stay. Just be aware that if you're taking the local buses to and from Perissa, the fees may add up. (P.S. I highly recommend going to eat at a local gyro place called Platis if you're looking for a delicious and cheap meal after a day of sightseeing. It's located right next to the Carrefour.)
