Our stay at Yianna Sunny studios exceeded expectations. The place is 5 minutes walk from the center. It is very clean. I also enjoyed a lot the smell, brand of the shower gel and shampoo which they offer. The owners are super professional and friendly and they provide an online guide with everything you will need for skopelos (beach, sightseeing activities and food suggestions)
I definitely recommend it for your stay. 

I loved this place 

Really lovely warm welcome - the hosts could not have been more hospitable, even doing (for free) some laundry for us. The spotlessly clean rooms are just a few minutes walk from the ferry dock and perfectly fine, complete with a small kitchen and utensils, and a space outside to sit and have breakfast. It’s not in extensive gardens or anything fancy, with a road running quite close by but it’s still quiet and exceptional value for money. Highly recommended. 

Exceptionally warm welcome at a great price

On booking this apartment on Booking.com the host Manolis has been in contact with myself regarding arrangements for our forthcoming trip to Skopelos and when we arrived a few hours earlier than arranged check in his staff had kindly cleaned our apartment in a very quick turn around which allowed us to have an extra 2 hours in beautiful Skopelos.

Beautiful Apartment 

Stayed just for 1 night as we were visiting from Skiathos and next year we will stay longer. As it's been said for the price you are a bit cautious but its total value for money unbelievable. 
Spotlessly clean, 2 bottles of water, free WIFI, free A/C, all the toiletries you need for a short stay and there was also a bottle of wine which we couldn't take as we thought we were already happy with the price. Its literally a short walk from the town & ferry port.
Cant recommend this place enough and some of these big companies could learn  a lot from these kind of places.

Amazing value for money

We hesitated to book as the price to stay was impossible to believe. Five minutes walk to whatever you want, and a very charming and helpful host. The studio was clean and delightful, and a courtyard to relax in the sunshine. It was like going back in time. We have recommended these studios to our friends and family. Go and enjoy Skopelos.

A Very Relaxing Few Days

The studio was large and airy.  We loved the artistic flair that was apparent throughout .
Every thing we could possibly want was in the studio.
There was a welcome bottle of wine, small jar of honey, tea and coffee sachets and a bottle of water in the fridge.
The studio was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
After our very pleasant stay we were driven back to the port.
We would not hesitate to return,in fact we hope to visit in 2019!

We booked this holiday so that we could celebrate our friend’s 50th birthday and to meet up with 2 Greek friends who also rented in the same apartment complex.

The property was incredibly comfortable, had great character and was in a very accessible location. 

All amenities were in walking distance but far enough that we felt we could easily escape and relax from the town.

Our host was incredibly welcoming and the accommodation was perfect for our taste. 

We prefer to experience Greece in an authentic way so avoid the typical tourist accommodation. 

The apartment was spacious, with 2 bedrooms, open plan kitchen/diner, lounge, bathroom and two outside balconies so that we could relax in the sun at any hour of the day to enjoying the views which were absolutely stunning. 

We were given privacy but always knew that we could call on our wonderful host if needed.

The apartment was cleaned thoroughly every day. More than needed to be honest!

This was the perfect vacation in the perfect location. 

The Perfect Vacation in the Perfect Location!

Stayed here for three nights. The mother of the family picked us up from the ferry. There were fresh roses in the room and three liters of water on the fridge ready for us. Manolis was always willing to help us and gave us good tips when we needed advice. Location was very good, supermarkets and a bakery near by. The dampness is always a problem in greece, but the free ac helped with the problem. Highly recommend!

Very good

I don't think you can find a better room on the island for that price. Manolis was very welcoming, picked as up from the port and had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a gift at arrival. Everything went very smoothly, the room was comfy and cool (we barely needed the A/C) and we had a lovely little porch to ourselves for our breakfast. Decor is nice, woody and appropriate for the island. Two minor drawbacks were the shower (shower curtain was a bit faulty and was dripping all over the bathroom floor) and soundproofing (we often heard noises from other rooms). Will come back when we visit Skopelos again.

Incredible value for money

What persuaded us to book the room was how spacious it looked. And indeed, it was as the pictures described. Traditional, with wooden furniture and a cute little patio in the front surrounded by greenery.  Manolis is more than willing to help you with anything you may need, picked us up at the port though we didn't even ask, and upon arrival in the room we found a bottle of wone and two glasses waiting for us.
The room offers all utensils you may need, there is even a coffee maker and a toaster. You can find a hairdryer too. It is situated 5 minutes away from the centre, so everything is within walking distance. Bars and restaurants close by and yet it is so quiet!
Keep in mind that since this is an apartment, you will have to bring/ buy toiletries such as shampoo/ shower gel, and be careful with the water when showering because there is no ventilation in the bathroom so it will take some time for it to dry. 
Other than that our stay was wonderful and we TOTALLY recommend staying in Yianna Sunny Studios if you decide to vistit Skopelos! We would definitely stay there again!
