Our 2 bedroom apartment had two balconies, each with superb views.  An excellent bathroom and shower.  A simple kitchen area with basic cooking facilities.  Aircon and tv (both not used).  Traditional decor and furnishings.  The windows and doors bug screens were excellent.  The is a car parking area.  We walked to and from Skopelos town several times ...a bit steep in places, but manageable, and enjoyable.  We also walked to Glysteri beach (50 mins) from the apartment... stunning views.  Our host, Dimitris, is a very charming and helpful man.  We had a fabulous 8 night stay here.  Highly recommended. Cheers.

I booked this apartment for my parents so they can spend one week in Skopelos. The owner was very quick to contact and arrange the pick form the port which my parents did not need however that attitude changed later. My parents decided after one night's stay to leave the apartment for the following reasons: 

a. the road that leads to the apartment is narrow and steep if you are looking to go back and fourth a few times to the beach the town is really not convenient especially at night. 

b. the apartment was not cleaned, had spider webs in the corners, there was nowhere to hung the toilet paper in the bathroom and the shutters were creaking every time the wind blew as they were made of wood and were old. 

I called the owner a few times and my parents did the same to discuss the issue but did not pick up or replied tour texts until noon so my parents decided to leave as they had already lost half a day. They left the keys to the owner's mother who does not manage the apartment so could not help with the issue. 

The owner did not reply to us ever, instead marked the reservation as a no show on Booking.com preventing us from leaving a review and charged the entire 7 days stay without even sending a text to ask what might have been wrong.

I am glad I can leave a review in another site as I can see that there have been a few positive reviews only (it is a newly added property) and it would be helpful to other people to know that they might have similar issues with the host.

A two bedroom apartment, kitchen/lounge room, bathroom with shower and two balconies with out of this world views just 5 mins by car and 15 mins walk to Skoplos Town centre.

Hosts Fifi and her son Demitri welcomed us warmly and provided us with all the information we would want for a 3 day stay. Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely people. My wife and I wanted to take them back to Oz with us. 😍

If there is a heaven this apartment and its views may very well feature in it. ❤️❤️❤️

The 5 minute drive from Skopolos Town transports you to another world with sunrises to die for. We walked into town 2 of the 3 nights, through a short cut via classic Greek streets full of exotic and fascinating shops and houses, being warmly greeted by locals at every turn. A taxi back to the apartment, after dining very inexpensively on the waterfront, was only 7 Euros.

I unreservedly fully recommend this apartment to you. The value for money was 10 out of 10.

A Real Greek Experience at See to Sea Apartment

Spacious and clean, this room is ideal for families. It' got a magnificent view of the see and the location is perfect: close enough to the port (chora) for you to go out and have fun, but not too close for all the noise to bother you. Plus the owners are extremely kind hearted and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

It was worth every single euro!!

Stayed here as a family of 4 for 6 days. It's worth mentioning that there are 2 apartments- we had the upstairs one which is larger and has better views.
The apartment is owned by an older woman who lives on same site and it is a family run property with her son helping out. The apartment itself was very basic and tired- sheets and towels smelt of stale smoke ( having been stored in the owners house). Basic kitchen with large fridge/ freezer, 2 double bedrooms and an open plan lounge/kitchen area. Bathroom again basic but shower worked well.
The apartment was only cleaned once during stay- would have benefitted from another clean ( bins needed emptying etc)
However, the views from the apartment were amazing- just outside of Skopelos town and overlooking the bay- very peaceful and quiet. The area at the front of the apartment was also a good sun trap in the afternoon and peaceful.
Location wise- the property is just outside of the town- it is a steep walk back from town ( the views being so good as on the top of a hill!) but there is a walk through a wooded track to get to and from the town. If you can't walk or don't want to walk long distances ( mainly hills and steps) then don't stay at this property. The walk into town took about 20 minutes and we entered the old town through the back cobbled streets which were interesting and lovely with further views over the town and harbour. 
The owners son was very helpful and friendly- he picked us up from the port and dropped us back and helped us with car hire.
Overall, a basic property in need of updating, but with character and amazing views and if you enjoy a walk into town then it is good value for money.
