The price was good and for what I paid I found this hotel with breakfast included great. I was happy to stay there. The breakfast is not really for me as there are many things I do not eat (pig, eggs,..) : I would recommend to add some fruits. But for what I paid, I do not complain ! 
Also, the rooms were clean and spacious, with nice balconies, and the staff very nice. The location is perfect, 5min by foot from the harbour. I would stay at this hotel again.

Nice clean rooms, with a second separate room for a third person, small kitchen and clean bathroom. If you ask for sea view then be prepared to bear the noise of the main street in front. Otherwise opt for the rooms in the back, they are more quite. Very reasonably priced and very polite service. The only con is the very poor breakfast. Greatest advantage its proximity to downtown: a minute walk to the port. 

Very clean, 5 minutes walk from down town, spacious rooms and a great attitude.
It is a hotel that offers the basic but it is a great solution if you need a cheap room in Skopelos town. Fresh towels every 2 days, nice view from the back rooms (you face the green mountain),
breakfast on the garden or the lobby and of course the pool, that gives extra points to this hotel.
The day we were checking out it was raining heavily and the owner felt sorry for us having to wait for our ship until late in the afternoon, and offered us the room for as long as we need without extra charge. This was a really nice gesture and much appreciated. We'll definately go back to this hotel when we visit Skopelos again

Room was clean every day!!!parking not so good to find and in frond rooms was a litle noisy!the people in the hotel were kind and subtle the location was super near the center of skopelos and the port!!in general lines was good

The hotel is more like an aparthotel family owned. I would have not grade it as a hotel. 
One lady working there was really kind and nice but not all staff knows English. 
Cleaning is not done daily, breakfast is really poor and some staff cannot remember what you ordered. 
Breakfast consists of : toast (which they prepare for you on the spot and is 2 slices of bread, ham and cheese in between and it takes 5 - 10mins to do or more if it s busy), boiled eggs, coffee, orange juice, cookies) bread, yogourt, cereals 1 type basic.
On the positive side, we had a room at the top floor with a spectacular view, and property location is close to the town area (3-5mins walk). Also you can take your breakfast upstairs on the terrace if your room is at the top floor. 
There are 4 floors and no elevator. 
Each room has a kitchenette.  
Rooms are basic and small and shower is 80cm per 80cm. Bathroom gets full of water when you shower and water lacks pressure during evenings.
We never used the pool since sea was much better.  
If you shower after 10pm expect cold water only.
You get what you pay for since their price is quite low compared to a proper hotel. Skopelos beaches are amazing and I recommend traveling by taxi as it is cheap and comfortable. They have agreed rates and they ll pick you up and drive you back to the hotel.
