3 star hotel in the center of Skiathos, one of the crossings of the main avenue, 10min. walking from the port from where also the bus that leaves every morning at a distance of 10min (to depart), takes you to the various beaches. At Skiathos the car does not really serve, bus is very well connected; in 10-15min the bus takes you to the various beaches to visit. Very clean hotel, furniture (perhaps) a little dated at least for my tastes, if it was also renovated as the structure (great in itself) would be the top.

Cleanliness and centrality make her a master.

Accommodation found by chance for our holidays in Skyathos, we were assigned a room with bathroom and terrace, not large but extremely functional for a beach holiday. Very clean! The property is located in the center of the village. So to summarize: perfect location, the housewife and the quality price ratio!!

Holidays in Skyathos

Our experience at Maria Studios has been very positive. The room (superior) is spacious, includes a small kitchen with everything necessary, a bathroom and a bedroom, as well as a terrace overlooking a main road. At night the nighttime chaos forces you to sleep with the terrace door closed and the air conditioning on, but that is enough to stay cool all night. The owner is kind, cleans the room every day, changing towels every 2 days and sheets every 3. Behind the structure is a parking lot for those who should rent a car or scooter for the holidays: it is a bit difficult to reach the various traffic bans in the center, but with patience you can easily find it.

Comfort and Cleanliness

I regret not being able to share the many positive reviews. The location is indeed good, the cleanliness too. All this becomes irrelevant compared to the fact that it is not a room, but a furnace! and the air conditioner does little to solve the damage caused by the fact that to survive it must be kept on day and night.

Stay to be forgotten

Nice room in the centre of Skiathos at the crossroads of the main street. Clean structure, very friendly and friendly owner, unique night noise for the passage of so many kids at all hours.

Mini apartment in the center of Skiathos. It is located along a side of the main road Papadiamanti. Small kitchen but if you go to Skiathos I would say that the kitchen is not a problem given the abundance of restaurants in the area. impeccable cleanliness! The owner is very kind and handles everything by herself from check in to the cleanliness! For women remember to bring a phon if you need it, because the apartment is not provided with it! Very convenient location in the center!

Comfortable in the center

We stayed here in two for 7 nights. The owner does everything by herself and is very kind and available. The rooms are really clean as the cleaning is daily. The sheets are changed every 3 days and the diapers every two. The location is strategic as it is in a Papadiamantis crossing, 5 minutes from the port, 7 minutes from the bus stop and about 15 minutes from the beach of Megali Ammos. The rooms are quiet, only in the morning you could hear people starting to pass by the road as our land was going down the road. If we had to go back to Skiathos we would still choose this apartment.

Perfect place to stay.

We stayed here for three nights, a clean and comfortable room, although exposed to the sun and therefore very warm, even though it has air conditioning, a comfortable bathroom and not tiny. The owner proved to be available, attentive and friendly.

A good solution

Excellent location (in a papadiamantis tray) with everything at your fingertips, quiet rooms (at least those on the side of the parking lot) with working air conditioning.

5 stars worth

It's very central, very clean, very quiet, a balcony that's unfortunately not very sunny, but the rooms in the back are better with a view of the private parking lot.
